Minute Mage: A Time Magic LitRPG

Description

Arlan can go back in time by one minute, once per day.

And every time he levels up, he can go back a little further.

But, even with his growing power, Arlan has never been in more danger. Demon magic was never supposed to make its way into the hands of humans, and its original owners would go to any lengths to take it back.

What to Expect:

-Numbers. This is a LitRPG written by someone who loves LitRPGs. It won’t be overwhelming or confusing, but if you dislikethe genre, this probably isn’t the story for you. Blue boxes ahead!

-Meaningful progression. Characters are always working to grow more powerful, but doing so is difficult. Level-ups are hard-earned and bring with them meaningful change in characters’ abilities.

-Tactical combat. Fighting is as much a battle of wits as it is a battle of muscle, after all.

-No harems.

In a lot of ways, this story is about a kid who got powers due to being at the wrong place at the wrong time trying to find his way.  There's an epic feel to it as the powers that be react to him in an extreme way.
The progression is done well with a guy sometimes making the suboptimal decision to survive.  The female lead is a solid character who is sucked along for the ride and there's a good rapport between the two and gives a good perspective on how Arlan comes off and some of the strain a flowing timeloop would cause.
It's a solid read though I wish I understood why the demon world was freaking out over his powers.

Good blend of characterization and action. Plot has largely stayed interesting.  One of my favorite RR stories to date.
Downside is the devil secondary character overstayed his welcome imo.
I've said everything I care to so this paragraph is padding to fill this sites idiotic review requirement.  Words words words words words words words words

Having gotten two different Diablo III characters up to max level on hardcore mode, then having both die due to a single poor choice of which and how many monsters I could handle at once, I could only dream of having access to a rewind function.
For the MC, it isn't a matter of losing dozens of hours put into building up a character, but life or death. Lost in the woods with only a single spell and a 1/day rewind function, the MC has to figure out how to survive.
Facing not only the basic needs for food, water, and shelter, they risk running into hostile monsters and overprotective forest nymphs, but have to work out understanding even the bare essentials of how their Class works.
Oh, and they're being hunted. By Devils. At least 5% more than you'd expect. (Devil society is awesome).
Written in an easy-to-follow, easy-to-connect-with fashion, I planned on my usual "3 chapter trial" of a new story and was at 5 before I realized it.
If you like System stories, this one has a fun twist and I'm looking forward to seeing where it goes, stat-progression-wise and storywise.
Hungry for more so back to reading!

An amazing series, well worth reading. I'm always thrilled whenever I see another chapter has posted. The author writes well, with developed characters and an amazing world setting. My only critique is that I'm not a fan of a certain side plot involving an assassin and succubus. I basically skip those chapters, and when the cleric popped in to the main plot, I didn't feel like I was missing anything important from skipping his side story. I'm not really sure what else to say but I need to come up with two hundred words in order to post this review, so I guess my last criticism is for royal road making me blather on for longer than I'd like, which is the reason I don't like posting full reviews even when I really like supporting and encouraging my favorite authors with a review. I mean, two hundred words is a lot. It's taking me this long to fill up the word minimum, when I've already said that the world setting is well thought out and fun, the characters are interesting and relatable, and the Grammer is fine. Maybe more focus on Ainash? She's one of my favorite side characters. I'm really liking the current demon chapters... Is this enough?

Finally a good Time attribute LitRPG, binge reading this now! Good job so far and keep this up, i hate to see another story fall to bad reviews like so many others here!
I also like that the main character is self aware in a sense that he knows hes not strong, but has the determination and will to be strong, lets see where this gets him!

This is a really fun read. As Arlan tries to survive and power up he goes through experiences that you can see how they change him as a person and shape the decisions he makes. All the plot elements are really well integrated, too, and the antagonist chapters are humorous and add to the tension.

Not quite sure if the concept is all that refreshing, but the execution is adequate. The complaints about lack of characterization have a point, but there's nothing wrong with an action novel, much like an action movie.
Honestly, this plot is much better than the majority thereof.
With a concrete enemy with some actual internal logic behind it, there's something proper about this. No 'ancient evil' or 'awakening shadow', you get what's going on and why.
It should hold your attention if you try a few chapters, which is all the recommendation a RR story needs.

The story until now is enjoyable, the system is well-made (even if it is used as plot armor sometimes), I find the power scaling a little bit unfair, since the protagonist gets stronger at an incredibly fast speed if compared to everyone else which doesn't make much sense even with his time powers buffing his speed a bit.
The novel does have some things that I think should be done better, like the underworld chapters. They are important to the story, but are also really tedious and boring.
It does have some problems, but is otherwise fantastic.

    'Tis good. Very good.
Thanks authour-san. If you enjoy 'Mother-of-Learning' but a little more light-hearted 'Helluva Boss' vibes then this is the web-novel for you. The authour is keeping quite the release schedule as well.
I feel that the MC could be a little better fleshed out as, at the moment, he comes across as a little bit of a self-insert but I am all here for his shenanigans and the budding relationship between... *spoilers*
