Minus-First Contact

Earth's space fleet and the Sun Guardians fight over a ship capable of interstellar travel.

The sole survivor of the battle is stuck in a destroyed vessel, but before he can call for help, the stars disappear, and he loses contact with Earth.

Sometime later, around 300 light years away, a baby without a tail is born.
