Description

Munch was supposed to be the warm-up boss.

He’s the smallest and weakest of seven brother Minotaurs, the legendary Minotaurs of Seven Groves. He is willing to do anything to help his family, even die.

When he makes a careless mistake, and the Knights Courageous ultimately capture his brothers, Munch struggles to come to terms with himself.

With twin curses that prevent him from leveling up his magical or physical abilities, Munch is virtually useless in battle.

Even so, he resolves to do everything within his power to bring his brothers back.

In Munch’s epic quest, he discovers a hidden strength within himself. Something not seen since ancient times. Something not even the Knights Courageous could have anticipated.

Essentially a story about an NPC in a tower defense game. Very well written, clever, and enjoyable.
Honestly my only gripe is the pacing is on the slower end.

This was a blast to read and a great way to escape quarantine life into a different land. The author did a tremendous job with world building and taking the reader through a story that will keep you clicking "next chapter" over and over. Thanks to the author for the fun read and I look forward to checking back for your next work!

I really like it. The MC's struggle with his reality being crumpled by entities with powers almost beyond his comprehension. He is hounded by powerful entities that wish his demise. He finds allies, exploits, and solutions.
The villains are also well made. It certainly made them super hateable that I don't think I can find any redeemable qualities about them. It just pumps me of thinking that one way or another, they're going suffer when the story had progressed past them.

Mind of the Minotaur: Tower seed is an absolutely wonderful story, in just 15 chapters the author has managed to build an incredibly vivid and fascinating world, set up the main characters motivations supremely smothly and has without a doubt blown my expectations out of the water.
    Style:
I have no complaints about the style except for the fact it is fairly vanilla and non-unique, I have a feeling it will become more unique in the future though, if the rest of the authors skill is anything to go by.
It isn't a de-merit by any stretch of the imagination, but when compared to the authors talent in other areas it does tend to stick out a bit.
    Story:
The story follows young Munch, a minotaur under a dual curse contracted to fight in a maze (read dungeon) as his daily 9 - 5. However Munch's peaceful life of dying constantly for money is torn asunder however as his coworkers (who are also his brothers) are kidnapped to fight in an arena for sport. Munch then takes it upon himself to amass the funds and experience nescessary to save them, but bewarned plot twists and obstacles lay ahead and Munch must struggle hard to achieve his dreams.
I am pleasantly surprised by every aspect of the story, its unique perspective (which is adhered to so religiously and convincingly I almost forgot the author was human), brilliant plotline and phenominally pacing had my rapt attention all the way through.
    Grammar:
Grammar is no issue, neither is spelling as far as i can tell. The author must either have a good grammar/spelling editor or be investing a lot of time into their work. Either is good and the end result is the same eitherway.
    Character:
Each character is a person with their own ambitions, flaws, knowledge and personality. This may seem standard but it is actually incredibly difficult to do. It is very reminiscent of the wandering Inn's level of character complexity, but without any interludes by other characters yet (as of chapter 15). Something which must be quite hard to do, a

This was a riveting read. I am so impressed with the character and plot development and that the author could weave together such an impressive and engaging story. It is so nice to be able to
sit down with a story that I want to just keep reading. I so appreciate the creative powers of this author.

While the storyhas a good premise, I couldn't help but drop it.
There are multiple reasons for this.
First of all, the characters are rather unconvincing and bland. Their personnality are lacking, no dept whatsoever. Often important clues in conversations or reading are disregarded by the characters unless it is straightforwardly confirmed.
Second of all, the story is very straightforward and nothing outside of our expectations happen. There are also glaring actions which I can't help but point out such as when the knights leave without trying to flush out the mc after their leader been assassinated. A huge bounty is also attached to his head by the same leader, which leaves us to question his sanity.
As for grammar, there's been few mistakes where words where spelled incorrectly. However they are not an obstacle to our reading as we can easily guess them.
In the end, I can't recommend this to anyone due to the bland characters and the author's style of writing.
It must be made known that this review was created due to my disappointment of the story compared to its ratings.
