I dont hate the ideas but i think the author has some trouble with english. I assume ESL. Though, there's also a bit of redundency which sounds like just unedited writing. Or AI.
Sorry to the author, if you're reading this... i just cant give stars to a work that has sentences that dont make sense. Top things to fix: consistent, proper verb tense (past for narration). Sentence structure.
"Whether a student was a problem or not, but a student who became capable after being hit with a meteor." :( just as a random example from a random chapter.

Assessment after about 120 chapters:
The present story offers a good plot.
Unfortunately, this potential is affected by serious grammatical deficiencies. The errors run through the entire text and make it much more difficult to understand. This leads to a constant interruption of the reading flow and reduces the enjoyment. The linguistic weaknesses divert attention from the content and make the reader stumble again and again.
Too bad, because the interesting story would have what it takes to be a great work. A revision of the grammar would be urgently needed to unfold the full potential of this story.
