Description

A guy who dies and reincarnates in an Alternate Universe MCU as Brock Rumlow, a.k.a Crossbones. With no cheats or wishes, he'll have to navigate his way through this dangerous place with nothing but his casual fanboy knowledge.

****This is an AU universe where small changes or stuff from the comics come into play. The MC will be a lot younger than he was in Captain America: The Winter Soldier.

He'll be born around the time captain marvel came to earth (1995) and I'll try to stick as close as I can to the MCU timeline.

MC is very selfish and benefit-oriented. HE IS NOT A GOOD GUY, so if your looking for some half-ass Villian MC this is not it.

nice, i like the more power hungry ruthless characters hope you dont drop and continue with this novel. also please dont add unnecessary romance, for me personally romance ruins these types of characters otherwise amazing novel cant wait for more chapters!
PS: this isnt a big issue but i think it would be nice if you merged 2 chapters into one to make them a bit longer.

This is one of the best Fanfic's I've read on this site. I love the way the MC acts and the power set is something I havent seen written about before.
Ignore the the guy talking about "Slang". Author used "Tho" twice in the story and the grammer nazi's came out running. The chapters are kind of short but each one moves the story along nicely.

The story is awesome the best part is that characters don't seen one dimensional..Most fanfic have side characters that are written as if they live for the MC's sake...Over all great writing quality...Story development is great...Update stability character design are awesome as well....
It is one of the rare fanfic with a Mc without system or even without wish in a fictitious universe and the best part in this fanfic is that we have a selfish and intelligent Mc who is fortunately not naive and who not have the heroic disease that many other Mc's have.
A well crafted story so far. Has a unique perspective and feels fresh. I like the pacing for a fanfic, gives good character development without making me go over the main story again. The writing quality is perfect, Mc's power comes later on so don't expect him to be powerful at the first chapters, also his powers are really good even though it was nerfed but you will not noticed the nerfs since the MC get stronger at a fast pace so it will not bother you that much, i recommend reading this 100%.
This is really good so far please keep up the good work. i have to admit i was skeptical when i first found this book then I read the chapter names I was even more skeptical but then after reading i really enjoyed the book. thank you for making this have a good day.

I was very surprised to find a well written fiction. Most MCU fics on RR are normally badly written.Hope the quality level stays same and MC is not driven into some nihilistic world view.
I'd hope to see an MC that that tries to game the system for his own benefit without being unnecessarily cruel(in future chapter).Ruthless but not a a total pychopath.

Not a fan of the whole villian angle here for the MC. While a little collatoral damage can be excused, killing dozens (hundreds?) of innocent people just turns me off. Good grammar and pacing throughout the story though. If you like a villian story you might enjoy this one, but this one is not for me.

That is a story! I can't tell you how much I am partwise have been disappointed by it. First at all. It isn't that bad. The writer tried here his best.
At first letz talk about MC, there is no character devolopment. We follow a guy without any personality and no reasons for his actions, we are missing insides of the character, explainations for his actions and what is his greater goal.
The beginning is so far okay, so far you could say it is really good and interesting until the character isn't using his fan knowledge don't matter how casual it is extreme rarely!
The story is interesting, but hard to follow because there is no reading flow. I mean this is maybe the hardest review I have ever written. Mostly I have written good ones or saw many good tries inside a story with potential.
The hardest part is that total POV massacre inside the story! I mean there is no Rule in Literature Sience that told us how many POVs are acceptable or that first person couldn't have a change. But this story is on the feeling side of 70% retelling movie parts which are not in point of interest for MC and 30% of MC.
In the writers fear to create boring scenes and chapters he damned MC to a side character which act extremly rare instead we have chapter fillers which tells us movie parts. Also some changed things which are extremly little are not a reason for that.
While all that happens the POVs changing that often that we as readers are always put into a character before we are got forced to loose the characters sight for another one in the same chapter and it happens more than twice per chapter.
Also extremly annoying are the Infodumps after the chapters where the writer of the Fanfiction spoiler us on his own story instead of putting this informations into the story to tell them to us.
Here we could have insides of MC thinking about Informations, Interaction with Sidecharacters to reach informations, have a siderole in Parts which makes him a viewer in Scenes also many othe

Talk about scratching my MCU fanfiction itch.
Taken from a viewpoint and character I never really viewed as a impact character, it may not go full villain.
That said, well written so far. We'll see how the author deals with power creep in the future.
Curious about some introspection of who the mc was before thrown into the new universe and who hydra has molded him into(despite his claims of them failing to indoctrinate him)

There is no story here apart from the mc going on a killing spree and major power gloating. The characters are the same MCU ones no nuance added. The grammar sucks with spelling mistakes and tense errors. Also mistakes like your instead of you are are common. There is no depth to the story and the descriptions are bland and tasteless. Most of the first chapters are directly describing the movies with the same words and sentences.
