- RznRoyal Road★★★★ 4.0This is more gamelit than litrpg, because it is essentially one of any number of interchangeable TTRPG/RPG rooted stories that feature a band of adventurers (murderhobos/paid killers) that have somehow been roped into a quest well beneath their paygrade. What you get in the blurb is what you get in the story. There is little character development and an attitude of disdain from the characters that leaves the reader to wonder why the MCs are even here when it is so far beneath them. It is good, but that sort of tone and approach is not very endearing or captivating for the reader. It is what it is, and little more.
