This story is off to a great start so far but has sadly stopped posting. I really enjoyed what little was posted so far. The characters are interesting but only half developed so far. The writing is great and flows well when reading. I hope that we can see more from this book. it definitely deserves to be expanded upon with the world and characters seen more.

For a story based around a historically static cultivation genre, this story has exceeded in all regards.
It has great story-building, good character depth, decent dialogue, and genuinely interesting twists and plots.
The story itself centers around an isekai'd former emperor who now enters the equivalent of a demonic sect. He does not become insanely overpowered, he does not bear any annoying character traits, and he honestly seems incredibly well thought out.
The author clearly knows what he's doing. Oftentimes there are many occurrences whose magnitude are only explained chapters later.

Definitely one of my favorite current stories on the platform. Now that the author is back, I can't wait to read more of the story as it unfolds. I've read dozens of cultivation and power fantasy stories. Master of Centipedes is doing something new, entertaining, and tasteful. A much needed shakup to the genre. The mix of mystery and cultivation, with side characters that seem like real people, make this a must read for burnt out Cultivator fans who are tired of the same old same old.
    Style
The thematic mix of mystery of cultivation is great. I love the choices made so far when deciding what to disclose about the world and lore. The font choice is also immaculate.
    Story
One of the most original and genre defying cultivation stories I have read in the past year. Even though this story is just beginning, what I have read so far has made it better than most cultivation novels I have read before. The story, the intrigue, the lore discovery, the dark themes including insects and cults, and more. This story is like crack to me.
    Grammar
No obvious mistakes noticable to a native English reader. That is to say, I didn't see any.
    Character
100% one of the strongest points of the story. This is the classroom trope done right. Classmates have their own motivations, goals, and intriguing personal dillemas and theories about the world. Side characters aren't purposely dumbed down to make the main character seem smart. They are all very smart in their own right. Also, the main character is actually intelligent, written intelligently, and does intelligent things. The council/higher cult members just got introduced further, hopefully they will be just as well written as the classmates.

Although we are still at the relative start of the story (6 relatively long chapters in), the story has been excellent.
I will admit that I skipped / skimmed through the prologue, which seems too long and way too drawn out, without anything of real significance, but once the reincarnation occurs, it gets very interesting.
The MC seems actually wise and thoughtful, just as his background would indicate, and he is now in a very tough environment, having been reborn in the incubators of a very evil sect.  He clearly will need to be very smart to get free from there, and happily the rest of his batch of newborns is very interesting as well.
Time will tell if this degenerates into tired tropes over time, but for now this is definitively worth reading and following!

Seems really interesting, has a lot of potential. Hopefully updates become more regular over time and it doesn't get abandoned. I also like the direction the main character seems to be going, so hopefully ihedoesn't divert from the path he seems to be going down.
Since there are only 5 chapters I dont have much else to say other than filling up the word count limit that is at least 50 words long.

For a book about a king who lived for 200 years and was very wise indeed, many of his mannerisms and thoughts make no sense. Some parts are well written with interesting depth and other parts are pure xianxia nonsense with no logical explanation. Some of the grammar doesn't make any sense with one example being "a calm and steady gaze, fiercely gazing at the others" bro what is that. There's a decent amount of potential but it's ruined by the weird descriptions and rules
