- RznRoyal Road★★★ 2.5It really doesn't have any setting of the stage or characterization before the action starts, and content warnings aside - this all feels too vague and disorienting to really strike a reader effectively. The descriptions, the flow, all of it is a bit messy and if these things were more careful and drawn out then this could really work as a horror piece. Context, tone and pacing are all important to making it work and this has its struggles. Could be cleaned up a bit and be stronger though.
