In a world of powers, from the benign to the grandiose, there exists a group in the criminal underworld, unlike the other groups of idealists or rumrunners or full on psychopaths', this group exits out of necessity. It's a group in which each member went to as the alternative was dying. And it's a group which recently got a new member.
