This book is honestly very good, it has some flaws but overall it’s a good read and the chapters are long so it not a 1 day read too. Some people in the comments said that they were surprised with powers suddenly appearing, but in my opinion they just haven’t reread the beginning of the book where a lot had changed and these powers don’t just appear randomly. So for a reader this is a good book to read.
Now for the author my advice to you would be to limit his harem to no more than 5 girls, I think the current 4 is enough and instead you should just fill up the rest of the Stars with some guy friends because in my opinion the MC doesn’t have mean guy friends. I feel like the whole reason why most harems don’t work is because they don’t have a balance in relationships so the love can feel one sided, so my suggestion is to just keep the current 4 in the harem and then add 3 of his friends for the star position. Idk that’s my opinion and it hasn’t gotten bad enough to were I feel like I don’t want to read anymore so continue with what your doing.

An exceptional series that falters in the beginning and thrives in the latter books. I originally rated this novel as a solid 8/10 for a while until recent chapters. The style is well done and seems to drag you in with interest as the author is great at story writing and story making. The action is amazing while the mixture of fantasy and martial arts / xianxia is actually not bad. Typically novels prioritize one portion of the system of Litrpg and martial arts but the author manages to weave them together well here without a vast power difference. The stakes the author manages to work up are crazy. While this mixture is great, it does not come without its flaws in the first two books. The first two books suffer from plot armor and a bit of OP protag syndrome. This is bad but what most seem to not notice is the vast power range and possibilities of the world that the novel takes place in. This is the problem, the first two books have kind of bad world building and the MC seems super broken and out of place and stuff really doesn’t make too much sense when you take back the curtain for a bit. I will always give a book multiple chances to really settle in, an instance of deus ex machina and op protag here or there isn’t a dog water book. Most bad books repeat mistakes over and over. This seems to be the crux for those books and it's bad but not like 1/10 bad.
The harem is well done from the start and even the build up is nicely done. I can’t for the love of all understand why people get mad if their harem tagged book is harem.
    Specifically
The harem building up in the beginning is noticeably subtle but once the harem girls are giving substance for the first three, stuff really digs in well. The sudden anger of three women fighting and being angry with our womanizing MC is understandable. They really dig into the emotion aspects a bit here even if the harem is a bit unreal. The latter characters really has nice build ups too.
Another subtle issue is that our MC is a fl

Unfortunately this author likes to use the word trash; I'm sure that gives you an idea of what type of novel this is. Again unfortunately, I am in the mood for trash food. Please stop using the word trash, there have got to be other words you can use Mr. Author.

Loving this story so far, it's a refreshing & interesting take on the heavenly demon. The world, characters, story are all so lively & well written. All OP MCs end up being MythSlayers but this guy's got a literal class for it. When I hear cult I think: Evil & of Human Sacrifices can it really be called a cult if their saving the world (idk lol but it's a fun story either way) 😄

Hmm, This probably one of the best ongoing 'Isekai Into Fantasy' type of story in RoyalRoad for me. The power from Murim Wuxia world falls very nicely and interestingly on this magical world. I am really looking forward to the incoming cult-making part of the title.
It's a bit mix of stereotypical korean stories, with the heavenly demon and all that, and therefore some wuxia elements too, but it erases the usual issues with korean mcs. Iskandaar doesn't want to stay out of action. It's a nice package.
    Highly reccomended!

From the very first chapter, the MC seemed captivating, and later the world itself started to grow intriguing. There is also a air of mystery, but it’s not so oversaturated that it feels irritating. So far I’ve seen that get resolved fast. It’s been a while since this type of story appeared in RR, and I’ve enjoyed all the chapters that has come out so far.
What I liked most is the prospect of mixing two worlds’ power system, and while cultivation in a magical world isn’t new, the Heavenly Demon part is. As a Murim fan, I love that. The writing style is sharp and to the point, with the right amount of detail to paint vivid scenes without bogging down the pace. The dialogue feels natural, especially during the intense confrontations. The way The Veiled Man handles the characters’ conflicts is enjoyable. I particularly enjoy the mix of serious and comical tones that balance the story, and the author managed to provide it here.
If there’s something complains so far, it is the monologues. Sometimes I feel like they’re a bit too much than necessary, maybe it’s just me, but that should be changed in the incoming chapters.
TLDR; this is a captivating story that blends action, mystery, and a dash of humor in a world that’s alive. If you're looking for a story with depth, dynamic characters, and a protagonist who defies expectations, this is it. I can't wait to see where the story goes next, good luck!

Let's talk about the elephant in the room: this is not a genre-breaking story. It also doesn't claim to be. This is a double-reincarnation story, a power fantasy, a noble redemption tale, and a webtoon all rolled into one.
If you don't like that, then this story is not for you. It's my personal belief that this kind of story scratches a specific itch. The kind you get reading shounen comics and watching the underdog perform heroic feats against impossible odds.
If you're looking at a food menu, this is the chicken tender meal. It's good, and they've added some different sauce to it, but it's what you're used to.
The writing is fairly well done. Minimal amount of errors, passable grammar, and a coherent plot. It's readable and the pacing is great so far. Characters are differentiated enough to remember them, and the battles and power systems are fun.
There is room for improvement in every category, and I would advise planning out the story before writing much more. The tension is a bit lacking and any more power creep might derail engagement with the plot.

The start was fine. A pretty typical gameworld-that-turns-out-to-be-real isekai with a main character who we are given a relatively decent backstory for, at least compared to other isekai.
We find out he's a confident, a good fighter, and yet he is severely insecure like many of those men are. Without the one thing he thought made him special and worthy, he fell into a self-pitying lifestyle. Another case for his insecurity is that he bought a Lambo before he was set for life. That's peak insecurity.
His start in another world is faced with a few challenges. A quest that seems bleak and impossible to fulfill, a dying body, and he needs to go to school (school sucks!!!!). And yet for these immediate challenges, they are solved pretty quickly, too quickly to be good.
It only takes him a chapter to defeat his fragility, he gains support for his future school life, and every couple chapters he unlocks a new OP skill. The level system is basically discarded right after being introduced, because he can already ignore a level disparity, and so any mention of it in the future becomes more of a false sense of danger than a real threat.
As fights get longer, some signs of bad writing become apparent. Enemies talk weirdly in the middle of a fight or between moves, throwing off the pacing of each encounter. Instead of being descriptive with attacks and keeping the amount of skills being used to a low amount, there are inadequate details and many skills being thrown around. Instead, everyone besides the main character shouts their ability names for some unexplained world mechanics reason but definitely feels more like it's there to compensate for lacking narration.
What should be done instead, is to keep the status pages small and the skill names generic, and lean more into passive skills and intelligent use of their skills' mechanics to eke out close wins and exciting action, instead of characters doing "Blood Bloom Thousand Strikes!" this, and "Crescent Fall!" that. When every

The story started relatively well, the idea had potential as i haven't seen that many FantasyxCultivation novels where the protagonist started from scratch. But this gets ruined pretty quickly.
The progresion is to fast, the power scaling is broken as the levels are more like decoration than being a real measure of power.
The pacing is bad too, at the start we can see that the autor has plans to go to the cosmic level, that is not to bad, but seeing
a fucking demigod before chapter 15? An interfering in a battle between them? Yea, no thanks, that is to much plotfuckery for me.
After seeing that i can't take this story seriously, as i know that the author will just pacht it up or use plot armor to resolve everything. It can be word a read if you have nothing better to do or if you like  "wish fullfilment of some sort".
Now for the author, if you wanted to create a wish fullfilment novel them i have nothing to say. But if you want to write a novel that can be engaging you have to first structure the plot in a form that the protagonist doesn't need to use plot armor, you don't notice he is using it or at least it is justified in some form. For ex the same progt. talks about how important skill in the game had entire plot points dedicated to learn them; you could use the same concept here.
Another point is that the power system is not well though, as it stand it doesn't really makes a difference , is like levels are just a decoration , you only show a fuck, is to strong for our mc , to a yeah i can kill it even if he is more than 20 levels higher. That type of thing makes the power system irrelevant as you are just pulling the Mc with narrative power.
Now, characters are ok, but i really think that having them shouting incredible chuny skills names brokes the inmersion a lot, i don't see the necesity of having them do that when is a liability in combat. And makes them look incredibly stupid to the readers.
    Grammar and style are okey.

I was on the verge of rating this 4.5 star until I read up to the 17th chapter.
I will not spoil much/anything but the bases of my lowering review is simply due to the fact that he has obtained a reality breaking ability that is far far too overpowered too quickly.
The author has done some work to counter how op this skill was but its not enough there is basically no fixing how broken the ability is. It basically let mc who was still new to this system/world 1 shot one of the strongest beings in the setting. early tier 2 vs tier 9 is just too much tbh,
Update - from chap 18-25 previous rating 2.5 stars lowered to 1.5. The mc is a womanizer who flirts with literally every women he finds regardless of there age or station. Honestly with the way this story is going it has extreme harem vibes despite not having a harem tag. I do not always mind harem stories but only when the mcs don't flirt with literally everyone.
