You have me hooked from chapter 1 and now I'm going to binge all 100 chapters. Very few novels have that ability for me, the last one was mother of learning. High quality writing and hook, line and sinker. I just wanted to say that, and I'll update my review after I'm done.

At first, I am not gonna lie, I was bit skeptical about the setting. There are couple of "starting as a baby" novels and usually it doesn't do that good and is followed by a time skip, but I must say this one somehow pulled it off damn well. Going further into it would be spoilery.
The story is intriguing, keeping me wondering what is to follow. What frustrated me a bit early on, there were couple of things foreshadowed but not resolved, however as it kept going, there was still interesting stuff happening so it was not such a problem for me.
Characters are well done and conversations flow well aswell. (A lot of wells there, but hey,  story is definitely not a dry one)
I am not that great at precise grammar, but i never felt problems except typical random typo which rarely sneaks in. So full score there.
The generated pictures are interesting touch. Every rune has its art and some places have theirs. Also it is not definitive enough to still leave enough room for your own imagination.
Very good story and I am eager to see more of it as it keeps going further. I am glad I stumbled upon it.

The magic system is very unique. I've read lines like "magic is alive", all the time but this is the first novel where that's true. Magic is alive it has personality and different characteristics. It'll even ignore you if it doesn't like you. That's something I've never seen done despite it being claimed so often in-universe.
Another thing I've noticed in other fantasy novels is that a lot of secondary characters and "friends" are completely stupid. Everyone falls head over heels and declares eternal loyalty to someone who barely helps them at all. In this novel, the roles are reversed. Our MC goes out of his way to aid both William and Amanda when they most needed it.
Certainly not perfect. Lots of stupid stuff happens like the baby genius. I know it's explained in the worldbuilding but it's still too jarring. Should have let him age quicker with the mark and then done the genius child act. Would have made much more sense given he's not supposed to stand out too much.
Overall decent read. Not my favorite but worth the time.

Enjoying the novel so far, the Mc is a nice guy put through a complicated situation, but (for a change) he isnt emotionally damaged, just worried.
Secondary characters are well written and believable. The world building is interesting but im unsure if it will make sense the more we know about it.
Overall good writing and 100% wortwhile novel.

    God damn you, Think Twice!
    Shakes fist at sky.
This story got me clicking Next Chapter faster than I'd like to admit >.>
There's this certain expectation there, as you read the earlier chapters. You're simply waiting for people to realise how broken the protagonist is.
But when it does happen, it's good. You're grounded in reality by the fact that no matter how strong the MC is for his age, he's just a baby after all. And dangers are ever-present...
Now, onto the more objective part of this review.
Style - The author has a surprisingly good grasp of the language and its uses. It really helps along the imagination with vivid images.
Story - Which is where my main issue with this story comes in. It needs more description! The author does it beautifully, but sometimes there's just too little of it, especially concerning integral plot points or world building moments.
An eldritch god is destroying the sun, for the love of all that is unholy. Give us more of it!
Other than that, I see a lot of people complaining that the plot is progressing along too slowly. Personally, I don't think this does anything to hurt the overall story. The plot itself seems well thought out so far!
Grammar - Zero issues other than the very occasional typo.
Characters - It's really hard to pull off a story where your pov character can't actively partake in the dialogue, yet here we are. I was a bit shaken by it at first, but the main character's inner voice and other characters are strong and distinct  enough to carry the story and not make it feel like a slog of inner thoughts.
Overall, it made for a different and interesting read!

This is a fun and interesting story with some unique fantasy elements that I don't believe I've seen in other storys.
The story is a tad slow, as it starts with the character being reborn as a baby, with him only growing up much later in the story (but at an advanced rate). The story however does pick up once he starts school, but this doesn't mean it's boring before this.

Reincarnated. Harsh, hostile world. System arrives for babies within a couple days or weeks of their birth. Its harrowing. This is when they choose their magic direction. As babies. Its really odd choice but it seems to be working.
Worldbuilding is great. MC has advantage of adult mind in babies body, and isn't OP yet. Others despite his advantages are as advanced.
7 gods. 7 potential chosen. He jsut became number 8. Consequences of this unknown as of yet.
Characters solid. Intrigue abounds. Rich creations and thought put into art and worldbuilding.

but after episode 17? yes, it flows like water. It was one of the series that I would close in the first episodes like the others in this series. but my hope was not in vain and it was very nice to read after the 17th chapter. In the first episode mc says "no one should suffer this pain". he says this for a creature that is about to die. Frankly, I came up to episode 17 hoping mc would kill monsters to level up. Then I was going to give 0.5 points and write that it was contradictory. I hope he doesn't try to kill people or monsters for nothing in the future and my score will not decrease.

I was tempted to give this story a 2 star review because that's how much this bothered me, but no, besides this one major issue everything's pretty decent. The characters aren't too bad, the grammar's perfectly fine, plot seems ok too...
But there's just one problem that makes it impossible for me to love this story.
It's that a decent chunk of the main characters are actual infants, the protagonist is right now where i stopped reading 2 years old, in something like a magical high school, he got in by being magically aged up. Besides how mind bogglingly stupid that is, it's not enough that the protagonist is like this, he has 2 more friends that are also like this, one of 'em is 3 years old and is aged up to an adult... Now in the protagonist's case, his magical aging up was just an accident *cough* (I mean just a forced plot point), but with his other friends, well, their parents chose to do it.
All of this retardation could have been avoided with a few well placed timeskips. But no, this author can't pace his story for shit, so 2 year old protagonist magically aged to 14 to go to magic highshcool it is.
This just ruins the story for me completely.
Author gets brownie points for being a good artist, his artwork (at least i believe it's his, unless he commisioned it, in which case that's still impressive dedication) is fantastic, but that isn't enough to make up for this shortcoming to me.

Chapter 1-30 are just info dump without much focus on the characters. It's one of the best info dump but still is info dump(so if you are tempted to quit, read till chapter 35 or something and then decide)
For chapter 1-30 the only thing that engaged me was the plot. A lot of rules of Magic are established here asking with without building.
Character growth/ focus on characters starts at around 25 and that's when I think the story starts to get better.
After that it only gets better.
This is one of the best I've read on this site.
The character work is awesome (obviously after chapter 30), the plot is quite good, the stakes are high (I consider them high), there are new friends to make, enemies to Defeated(the only enemy at this point in the story is one of the best written and the motivation is not info dumped on you)
The motivations of characters are very believable, pacing after chapter 30 is very good. Basically the is better after chapter 30 in every possible way
Side characters are also good, their motivations are right now being revealed, their relevance to story is pretty good
The magic system is nicely well established (thanks to the info dump), and it provides a platform on which author can build amazing things
Also on the plus side upload schedule is great (2 chapters per day) without compromising quality of the work (the chapter size is also good)
