Mal

A hundred years ago, Mal had a mother, a respected craft, a lover, and a human body. But after his unintentional sacrifice he lost everything and gained a body made of thorns and roses. With no one but the seven magical fairies at his side he is forced to accept his new life as the Eighth Fairy. That is, until the very kingdom he saved doesn’t invite him to celebrate the princess’ birth and so Mal gifts her a curse. For the next hundred years she’ll sleep and in that time Mal will have to confront his past, who he’s become, and the princess herself. And maybe, someday, he’ll be able to love again.
