Description

Gabriel wouldn't say he everreallywanted to be a mercenary. Still, when he found out he could make a decent living by escorting the elderly from one town to the next, mucking stables, or finding lost cats, he decided it might not be the worst idea after all.

It was a bit of a surprise, then, when Gabriel found himself the cup-bearer to a deranged dragon lord, Aether-bent on linking up with the last of her kind and taking over the continent. Really though, when the dragon lord in question is inhabiting the body of your only sister, what choice do you actually have?

To make matters worse, Gabriel's only real friend throughout his new life as slave-lackey is the man responsible for a good 90% of his misery: Vish, a mind-mapper with the emotional intelligence of a sausage roll.

Now, The Kaden Circle is in uproar, the elves are on the march, Gara is in turmoil, and dragons are running rampant across the land. Inevitably, it falls to Archimedes and The White Fangs, Gabriel and Vish's former employers, to inject some competency into this mayhem, and hopefully save the day.

Last time they were Minding Others' Business. This time they're Making it Others' Business.

This story is the sequel to Minding Others' Business, but can be enjoyed as a standalone. Anyone who would like to read more about how Vish and Gabriel awakened a primal monstrosity, can find the prequel here:
