  The story might have promise, but there are some major issues.
  First the grammar is absolutely terrible. I get the impression that the author is not a native English speaker, but it's like reading something dictated by a toddler. The author should go read at least a few hundred adult level novels in English before attempting to write. Take any machine translated Light Novel and then jumble the words again and you might come out as unintelligible as this story.
  Second the plot veers off track all the time and goes pretty much no where in the first 19 chapters. The plot points in the brief synopsis hasn't appeared at all in these first 19 chapters. Nothing fantastical, odd but not fantasy or magic.
  Third the characters are all really dull, and uninspired. This is definitely not helped by the absence of any grammar, but the characters are so one dimensional it's really boring and impossible to connect with them.
  This might turn out good given at least a year or two spent in the UK or US by the author to really learn the language and a few hundred revisions of this story.
