    Review of Live With Thunder:
    Style
The writing style in Live With Thunder is bold, visceral, and poetic, capturing a perfect blend of dark fantasy and emotional depth. The first-person, present-tense narration immerses the reader directly into Raiten’s thoughts, making every moment feel raw and immediate. The prose is intense yet fluid, balancing vivid descriptions with action-packed sequences that flow effortlessly. The language is rich, layered with metaphors that enhance the atmosphere without feeling excessive. Every sentence carries weight, and the author’s ability to shift between introspection, action, and world-building is masterful. There’s an almost lyrical cadence to the narration, which makes even the quiet moments gripping. While the density of the writing may require careful reading, it rewards readers who appreciate deeply immersive storytelling.
    Story
The plot of Live With Thunder is compelling, offering a complex tale of vengeance, betrayal, and reluctant redemption. Raiten’s journey from an enslaved guardian to a man seeking either retribution or a new path is an emotionally gripping narrative that keeps the reader invested. The story thrives on tension, particularly the fractured relationship between Raiten and Hui, his former friend turned hero. The moral ambiguity surrounding their choices adds layers of depth, making their conflict all the more intriguing. The balance between high-intensity combat, quieter moments of reflection, and world-building is well-executed. The inclusion of clan politics, ancient curses, and the looming threat of greater enemies hints at a much larger, epic narrative. The pacing is deliberate, ensuring that every revelation and emotional beat has time to settle. This is a story that understands the value of patience, building tension gradually rather than rushing through major events.
    Grammar
The grammar is polished, with a strong command of syntax and sentence structure. There are very few errors, and the prose flows s

In all honesty this book caught my eye because of the font used on the cover. I have been looking for one like it. And I started reading it and got roped in. The author truly has a gift for descriptive language. You can feel the elements of loneliness, abandonment, betrayal  hatred so fierce it's like another character. And then the whole thing turns into an epic fight sequence, the choreography sharp and vivid. This is the most explosive first chapter I've read in quite a while, and I'm looking forward to seeing where it goes from here. Definitely following!

Not a whole lot of chapters so far, but from what I've seen, this looks really promising. I really like the main character, and the plot so far has been very interesting. Raiten is a very intriguing character, and learning more about his story has gotten me hooked. Looking forward to reading more!

When I read the title and the summary of this, I went in expecting a great story.
In one chapter, I’ve witnessed fucking peak. Seriously, that’s all I’ve read so far and it’s got me saying that. That’s a testament to how talented the man behind the story is.
I like Raiten and Hui. I care about Raiten and Hui. I fucking love Raiten and Hui. In. Just. One. Chapter.
I would take a punch for both of them. They’re both clearly flawed, Hui maybe even more so, but you can take that deep down, they’re both good people. Good people that got dragged into a really shitty situation.
Two former friends who are truly human. Torn apart by injustice. Those are often the stories that hit the most, huh?
Well this story’s no different. Well, actually it is. Because it made me feel like a fucking boulder on me. The story is engaging, the grammar is perfect, and the characters are amazing.
Anyone who doesn’t take a look at this really fun and heartbreaking piece of fiction is really missing out. That’s no joke. We got something epic here and I know I’m going to continue reading and following. I’d like more and more people to do the same but the story and the author deserve it.
