Lords Within Pits

So...I don't exactly know how you've picked this up. Not many demons I know are all that interested in books in the first place, unless they're of a... different variety. Anyhow, if you've picked this up, you should know a fair few things before you actually read this recount of mine. This whole book that I’ve written is cursed. Don't throw it away, it's not actually going to hurt you. If it even could, it would’ve happened as soon as you picked it up anyway. To better explain how it's not at all dangerous towards you, I've managed to get it cursed in two specific ways. The first, is that it's self-updating. Every so often it will manage to read my thoughts about events within chronological order and self-update if it's got enough room to do so at least. The second way is that it reads your intentions throughout the book. Basically, if you already know who I am or if you mean ill will after learning a piece of information, it will just outright not be able to tell you anything further of my life. In short, not hazardous towards your health and continued existence here. If you're still here reading the prologue and not being a scared little pansy dropping it, congratulations, you're among the select view who gain access to my entire history here in hell. Of course, if at any point your intentions change, it'll stop telling my story there. However, until then, I hope that you find some purpose from it.

I had originally had an idea as towards a sole man overtaking supernatural forces beyond his ken after being placed into Hell, but then I changed my mind. It was going to be something original, but when I saw it, I could not resist putting this story into that setting. There is also the added benefit that not everything is known about it as not too much content has been made for it. However, if you have not guessed by the setting being in hell, the original universe this is set in is the Hazbin Hotel/Helluva Boss setting. There is not going to be any major influence of the characters within my story and within theirs, at least at first. So for now, there is nothing to worry about on that kind of front. I will eventually have to put them in there, simply because they are too big of players involved within their universe not to have at least some passing mention of them or at least some conversations. There is also the issue that I will not be able to update quite as frequently as I could with other stories, given that a lot of research is still going to be done upon the topic. I had wanted to put a rough draft of the story, but I cannot do it without putting up the first chapter. So, here we are, with an unpolished piece of work in its first debut. If you have any suggestions or editing comments, I will not mind you putting your thoughts into the comments below, as I am working without an editor, and I likely would not be able to hire one anyway. With that being said, I hope that you enjoy it and the medium in which he speaks through me.
