In a universe where dragons, elves, dwarves, and magic are common, an ancient elf witnesses the catastrophic implosion of his world. This world, like others, orbits the prime world, much like Earth, but these moons are not lifeless rocks; they teem with life, magic, and mystery. The elf's world, however, is a place of unlife, inhabited by the undead, considered abominations by the people of the main world.

As his castle dematerializes and his world collapses, the elf realizes that the magic sustaining these moons is being siphoned by the main world, leading to their demise. He wonders why it needs so much magic, suspecting that a catastrophic event or a powerful entity is draining these worlds.

Falling towards the main world, the elf conjures a shield of magic to cushion his descent, choosing to land in a grove. Upon impact, he releases a wave of necromantic energy, causing widespread decay and animating the dead within the affected area. This dark magic, a side effect of his spell, hints at his sinister intentions as he prepares to build an army.

Unbeknownst to him, his magic inadvertently births a new creature, Zavet, an amalgamation of the main worlds life and necromancy. The elf, weakened and vomiting black ooze, begins his journey to a nearby town, intent on slaughtering its inhabitants to bolster his undead forces. He knows he will need an army to confront whatever force brought down the outer worlds and to exact his revenge on those he believes

Lords of Necromancy follows Zavet, Runner, Lina, and Iscariot as they discover the truth about what is really happening and who is being played as a pawn in a much larger game. This story is full of action and adventure.
