I love apocalypse style Litrpg.  When it's well done I love it even more.  This is well written and provided a nice read.  Now to wait for 100 more chapters.

Kinda reminding me of Re: monster. Story full of blood and gore, MC is ruthless at the border of insanity but with purpose, i love this kind of story and MC 😆.
It would be better if author update chapter everyday. Lol

    Review as of chapter 19.
This is a story that reads well  has an interesting premise and a rather well put together MC.
But it squanders its potential on the most idiotic mistakes concerning scale and novelty to the MC vs novelty generally.
    Spoiler: Spoiler
    Examples:
The initial mining quest, where has to go get 10 gems. Distinct, uniform sized gems you can mine with a simple pickaxe. And he manages to get the first 10. As if nobody started before him. As if there was no stockpile. As if those 10 gems were so valuable... In a setting were a thousand should have been considered mere change.
Then there was the portal. If there was but the single one, how come the assault was any kind of success? What happened to organized human defense, military capabilities, strategic potential? Send a single tactical nuke through the portal and be done with it. If there are more, where are they? Why isn't there any mention of them, at least on the monster side? And at least a couple of those should have been nuked, given the amount of nuclear weaponry under the control of totalitarian regimes...
Then there was the war in the 19th chapter... It was declared then and there. Then it was explained how it was an ongoing conflict. And scale. Goblins, by definition the most numerous race, had but hundreds of actual combatants. And the rest could be taken out with a single use of a skill. Meaning they fit into an area that could be affected by said skill.
    As I said, scale.
In conclusion, if you don't mind that a story reads like your average mmo's lore, with appropriate you are the budding hero quests, you'll enjoy this one. Otherwise, I'd recommend finding something else to occupy your time.

As of chapter 19 this story has regrettably been becoming more and more lackluster. After an interesting start it quickly fell down to standard litrpg novel developement routines. There are also some glaring plot holes by now
    Spoiler: Spoiler
!) The Mc foregoing searching and protecting his beloved ones to grow his own strength all the time despite claiming they're his sole reason d'etre.
    2) The monsters being the most picky eaters despite a supposed shortage of food. (It would make more sense if the author would stick to the explanation that they are raiding the human world for "deliquacies")
    3) The monsters refusing to leave the uninhibitable home world without clear reason.
Furthermore the mc's personality is either written inconsistently through neglegience or the author fails to portray the changing mindset. Character exposure happens very rarely anyway and if it does it's bland and without much detail. As are the depictions of creatures, the environment  and the characters. In turn, it keeps the proceedings and actions very vague. At the same time background information usually comes in the form of lore dumps making it unenticing.
The fight scenes are written well enough though.
There is the occasional spelling or grammatical error but what's more problematic are the often overly simplistic vocabulary and misused expressions (meaning wrong choice of verbal expression e.g.) breaking the story flow.
You may think of this review as pretty harsh but comparing this fiction to published fantasy literature I'd deem it forgiving.
Anyway, please let this not get you down but take it as an incentive to improve upon your skills and the planning of the story.
I'll update this review after more chapters.
