Description

The Demon King has handpicked ten Souls from Earth to serve as Dungeon Lords in Artrea. Their mission is to conquer a continent of their own with their minions and wage war with each other for the right to rule the world in the Demon King's name.

Rai Dharani is one of these Dungeon Lords. He was once a Mech Drone Pilot who had refused to participate in the war and was reduced to living as a Hobo on the streets. Now, he has a Dungeon with Golems, as his minions and the Kingdoms surrounding him are far too powerful to know of his arrival.

The Deities are guiding their Heroes to prepare for the upcoming war with the Dungeon Lords. Meanwhile, the ancient Dragons who once destroyed the world with their Orc armies are awakening from their millennium-long slumber and are restless, hungry, and eager to multiply.

Follow Rai as he slowly rises through this world, exploring all its twists and turns and raising an army to survive amidst the chaos and destruction.

Okay, so like yeah the story is goodt.
Its main focus is mostly abot the titular character the Golem core lord with some alternative POV's sprinkled throught.
As its description explicitely talks about the story is a low burn so be warned of that if you skipped it in favor of reading the reviews.
The world is fresh, building upon an interessing variation of the standart High-fantasy, with monsters, dwarves and all that fantasy stuff but giving them an interessing twist to keep them feeling new while building upon the preconceptions of what they are.
Like this stories' dwarves for example, their relationship with the earth and underground viewed in most stories is really expanded here by adding in a connection to golems, where like some golems are kind of remains of dwarves past.
    Minor spoilers ahead:
In my opinion at least the most unique part of the worldbuilding for me at least is the straight up unhinged way that the Fey caused a huge part of the magical species to exist.
While it doesn't have any huge problems or oversights, there are definetly things that could be improved in some way.
The biggest offender is the way some chapters feel at some points like they are speedrunning some plot points.
But those are all small issues in the grand scheme of things, and this is overall a really fun story and a reccomended read, like while It has its flaws, its still a great way to enjoyably spend some time.
