Description
A seemingly random instance of character creation on the deep dark web changes the life of a socially inept and insufferable game addict, Adrian, in more ways than he could ever have fathomed.
A transformation and pact with a Goddess force him out of his comfortable lifestyle as the wastrel son of billionaire parents.
Entered in the Cataclysm, an apocalyptic battle royale for the Chosen of Sponsor Gods and Goddess, with his life effectively changed into that of a game character, Adrian has to confront underground Secret Societies, Magic, Cultivation, and change dramatically if he is to have the slightest chance of survival.

- Starfall15Royal Road★★★★★ 5.0The story is kinda cliche right now, but the presentation the people and personilities really sell the story. Can't wait to see where she ranks up compared to the rest of the people.
- voromirRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0I'm giving the revised story a 4. The unrevised story has so many grammar problems it's nearly unreadable. This story has lots of potential keep on revising!
- ranaltorRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0It's taken 3 days to get through all the chapters so far and it's been a great read like every thing so far but what's happening with the beast egg?
- ValentineNRoyal Road★★★★★ 4.5There are lots of things that could be said about this story, but here are those that really stood out to me:
It looks like a power fantasy, but ... it isn't. The MC is powerful, making look others around her as newbies despite their age and experience.
The truth is that they really are that inexperienced when it comes to Qi and cultivation when compared to the rest of the multiverse.
She simply gets by on luck and a perverse need for perfectionism.
The interactions between her and everyone else are the most interesting. Janes and Suns misunderstandings, tournement crowd disbelief at her results and so on.
All minor details that help build the universe and show clearly their level of power and her place in it.
I stopped reading at chapter ~220 a while ago and now I'm rereading it. Dear author, if you're reading this, good job with the revisions. Keep it up, your efforts aren't wasted and greatly appreciated.
(I'm fairly sure I'll reread it once again in the future.) - grimknightdudeRoyal Road★★★★★ 4.5This story started on a rough note for me but as it progressed along i kept coming back and I am very glad that I did. The Author is obviously putting in serious work on improving there stroy and writing and it has been noticable especially in the later chapters. All in all i would whole heartedly recommend to anyone that loves this genre of story and can tolerate the occasional error.
- HumanprototypeRoyal Road★★★ 3.0Started out ok but the more I read the more it turned into a cheesy cultivation story and the less I liked it. My number one pet peeve is obnoxiously cliche characters, which are abundant in cultivation stories including this one.
As you can probably tell the cultivation genre is not my thing, so take this review with a grain of salt. - HyeonRoyal Road★★★ 3.0This story has alot for ups and downs for me. One of the ups would be that i do like the idea even if it is not something groundbreaking new. The abilitys is one big up for me aswell, alot of interesting one sprinkeld through the story so far. One big minus are the characters, not only is almost everyone shallow, the author pushes a romance that for me is deal breaking, Really her soul forces her to love him ?? dafuq, its just to much and lazy written to continue reading even tho i enjoyed reading the novel so far, even with the other flaws. Sun ( love intrerest) is such a bland and boring character that it took my fun away reading this, no character trait besides "he loves to train like bot" no backroung that makes him interesting. Besides one thing that makes a romance interesting is the chase and this is not gonna happen since he is *forever loyal* and would probably throw himself at her given the chance (sophie would be fun if she would get some more character). Besides this annoying foreshadowing with the mc personality change that just keeps popping off and in my opinien a bad way to justify character development, since it just happens instead of actual events in the real world. Besides that the story is very linear not really bad but nothing really deep either. I hope that if you go ellie x male, that you pick one that is not like a slave to her and has actual personality, even if i support yuri here even tho im not a to big of a fan myself but it seems alot easier to pull of instead of just randomly changing the mc.
End of my rant. - Triple BombazoRoyal Road★★★ 3.0This story, a long time ago when I first started reading, was a bit rough but interesting.
It's been doing its best to maintain a nice overarching plot, which is good. The A plot is nice and tasty.
However, the A plot is also very rarely touched on in individual chapters. Most chapters focus on power growth. The MC works hard, and then displays the results.
This works well in a single, contained book or fiction. But the moment there's a break in the action, or if we pause at the cresendo to reach back to older material, it starts to fall apart.
Tl;dr this story is currently suffering from a protagonist with skill bloating. The plot is good, but there has too much growth and too little consolidation for me to understand what's happening - saladass188Royal Road★★★ 2.5There's way too much going on at a single point to concentrate on one thing. He picks up medicine that's fine. Then he picks up cooking that's fine as well. And then he picks up forging as well. Too much at once. And his affinities he keeps adding more without fully exploring the previous ones. It slowly turns into a face slapping tournament arc which is completely pointless might I add and he obviously beats everyone without even trying in all of the fields. That's the most stupidest thing ever. It also turns into the usual chaos cultivator bs after the 100th chapter and the author keeps on adding new things without giving the chance for the things already there to flesh out a bit. There are so many subplots going on at the same time and there isn't a major plot in the story. Long story short if you want a wish fulfilment wuxia novel like novel then go for it. Else you will just be dissatisfied.
- PallakontoRoyal Road★★ 1.5Neat concept, nothing original, and the author can't make up his mind whether his protagonist is the damsel or the knight. Maybe the next story will be better.
