Life of the Servant

Feral lycans. Blind horses. Drunken doves.

Deadly duels. Blood feuds. Assassinations.

Mad gods. Foul magics. Mythic places.

These terrible things I see,

These things I must navigate,

And I have but one power,

That is more curse than blessing:

That of the Servant,

Beholden and below,

Sworn to someone else.

I thought that it would kill me,

This cursed service,

But life...
