Description

What would you do, if your family, your people, were attacked?

Would you take shelter, away from danger, hoping for the best?

Or would you go out, and face the aggressors in full force?

Krone Kozak was fifteen when the leading superpower, The Union of Lords, attacked his homeland Kharlussia.

In addition, news of mysterious beasts appearing and wreaking havoc all around, reached him.

Desiring to help, he entered the draft.

Willingly.

After nineteen years, he was standing beside Kharlussian’s Great General.

Facing a Grand Rift in the sky, the very gateway for Grand Beasts entering their land.

When their march seemed unstoppable, that thing came out.

With one incantation, a shockwave filled the surrounding, wiping them all out.

Extremely interesting story that has just started. The closest approximation would be Eastern Asian Apocalypse novels.

Okay, I'm biased because of how it reminds me of a different novel that I really enjoy but this is really well written.
Style: I love how the author doesn't just shove things in our face by telling us everything through exposition. The way the story is told makes you think you're watching the scenes as they happen, instead of someone reading to you what happened on day x.
Grammar: Few errors that are easily glossed over. No weird sentences you have to decipher and mentally correct.
Character: Characters stay in character instead of changing according to what the plot requires. Most of the characters have their flaws and strengths which makes them capable of growth or change. Quite a few of them have had their goals or desires revealed which hopefully means they won't be puppets to the plot. Main character is fucking hilarious and usually doesn't give a damn about behaving himself.
Story: So far, the story has avoided the usual cliche of powering up through tournaments, the academy or getting trapped in a dungeon. The story has progressed according to the main character's actions due to him trying to reach his goal. This is what many other stories fail to do. They have the story progress the main character instead of the other way around and the main character turns into a plot puppet.
I'm really looking forward to the eventual completion of this story. I'm still confused as to why the library that cost 40k points is such an important purchase because from what I've seen so far, the strength of a single entity can overpower thousands. It would make more sense for him to have been completely selfish with his purchases. I guess we'll see once the author starts revealing more.

*Updated review as of chapter 45*
This has been really great and I'm enjoying where the story is going. As far as I'm concerned, this is definitely near the top on RRL and among other similar type stories. It's just really well written. You can actually feel other characters besides the MC, which is nice. I'm really looking forward to see where this goes. If you've read Forgotten Conqueror, this story has a similar pace with the MC being young for a while and the story slowly progressing from there. I quite like when stories do this, mainly because I think they have more longevity and potential if not rushed. You see more, feel more... so yeah, I like the style. I can only hope this doesn't get dropped and it keeps going. It would really be a shame for something so good and interesting to stop part of the way.
    *Previous review before chapter 25*
This story is very interesting and the premise is pretty nice. The MC is similar and also very different compared to others of this genre, and it works. I really like how he wants to build a party and knows that even though he's really strong, he can't just be a one man army. He NEEDS comrades. And the story and execution is the reason I think this story is A LOT better than most of this genre.
There's also not really any pointless info dumps and the writing and grammar is very well done. The potential of this story is very high in my eyes and as long as it doesn't get dropped, I'm confident it'll be one of the tops of RRL and this genre in general.
This isn't very detailed, as I mainly just want the author to know my appreciation. Keep up the good work and thanks for sating my boredom.

This novel needs some well-deserved love!
I will put the conclusion of my review here as I think I wrote too much.
I always read fantasy novels that involves reincarnation, transmigration, or second chances, and you can be assured that this novel is better compared to some out there that follows the same genre.
I may gave a high score but that is because I follow some criterias, if they are followed, score goes up.
    --
As the story is still at its early stages, I can't give a perfect 5 yet, but I gave a high score because:
There are no info-dumps. Like a proper novel should be, the story moves on along with the informations given to the readers, how does the world work? it was given in a proper order without terrorizing the mind of the readers with too much informations.
There are things that we don't know yet, what does the Lesser Throne of Seventh Heaven signify for the MC? for the story? The powers he chose, only a few were revealed so far. How will his new comrades change the story? How will he meet his old comrades? There are lots of plot points where the story could develop and these plot points are very well-paved.
The writing style is good, everything flows well and organized, it doesn't make my head hurt when reading this novel unlike some, and the ideas that revolves around the novel complements well together.
I won't judge grammar too harshly as english is not my mother tongue but as far as I can see, there are no eye-catching mistakes and such, and if ever there are mispellings or minor grammatical errors, we can help correct it as we read.
Words aren't overly beautified and that makes it easy to read, unlike some novels out there that hide their lack of good story development and two-dimensional characters behind beautified words, idioms and metaphors in almost every paragraphs.
Let me rant here for other authors out there: it is not good to focus too much on grammar as it can be easily revised in the future and even add idioms and metaphors here and the

Currently at Chapter 50, I find the concept and plot of this story pretty well thought out. It seems to me that the story is currently set up to have at least another several hundred chapters until completion (given that the chapter length and content remain somewhat constant). I find the prospect of having so many chapters in the forseeable future exciting as a reader and fan. But, I hesitate to guarantee that so many chapters will come out, simply because there are so few authors on royal road capable of and willing to continue for so long.
The story is very well written and honestly, I would be willing to buy this novel if it was out on amazon (preferably digital and less than $10 per book?)
That said, I am somewhat concerned how the author intends to write so much for this novel seeing as the first fifty chapters have barely covered a week to two in the story. This is very concerning seeing as we still have 20 years to go. Time skip? very common when transitioning between books in a series so I wouldn't be surprised but I think it may be difficult to implement since the novel focuses on :
    Spoiler: Spoiler
how the MC gathers and trains a group of people to combat the enemy. It remains to be seen if this group of people is restricted to the: people with the communication rings or others like the group of 40 that he is currently training.
For this reason, I gave the story score 4 stars. A large amount of potential but has danger of becoming extremely long (which could be good if you intend to market this novel as a series in the future) and that it might be going too slow right now (but this depends on how long the author intends to have the novel be)
The style was 4.5 because the writing was really good but I took off 0.5 stars because I personally don't like that the story is formatted into these somwhat short sentences with a lot of space in between.
Didn't see any problems with grammar so 5 stars
Review for characters: will definitely contain huge spoilers:

The first 31 chapters are a promising start to (yet another) reincarnation story.
I hope you keep it as good as it is right now and don't insert to much OP'ness just for story progression..

It is a good tale with a bit of a rough start. I admit I was tempeted to abandon it at first, but there was something that kept me reading and I don't regret it.

Will edit when I figure it out and actually catch up to story.
Not too fair to go in depth as of right now. 3 stars means average and this is a slightly above average story for me at this point in time. The two negatives for me are the MC personality and the slight Japanese weeaboo vibe I'm getting. The MC is first portrayed as loyal to his people, valiant, and righteous. Then when he goes back in time he becomes a weirdo. Its like he's preying on his fellow people and is downright manipulative. The Japanese weeaboo vibe is pretty subtle at this point, but it's from the conversations he has with his fellow testers. He gets one dude to start fist pumping and all but scream "fighting". With the twins he spends a short time with them but in order to gain their trust he "has to" reveal his tragic past and the girls go "me too! Let's talk some more!" Rather than being like "hey guy, I don't know you. I'm sorry for you, but that's not something I like talking about because it's quite painful. Kindly fuck off now".
These two things killed the immersion for me. I'm not saying the guy has to be perfect, but the personality change was too abrupt for me. Hormones don't make you a creep, they just make you horny. That being said, this is mostly well written and I will read more because it deserves more time before I write it off. These two complaints I have are minor, and it's still the beginning of the story.

    Review as of ch.48
So I'm not used to doing reviews so mine will be simple.
Don't judge the story by the first 10 chapters. It may seem slow but it does pick up. The characters, while not super fresh and new, feel real enough though more coverage of the other main side characters life's would be nice it isn't needed just yet.
The grammar isn't prize winning but it is written to the point that you can forgive it because of how much the style fits with the situations.
    Pros:
    Characters seem interesting.
    Setting is nice
The main character doesn't just forget his past and redo with no plan.
    Cons:
Only deeply described one side character's past and some of their motivations so far.
Grammar could use work in certain places.
Main character's current personality feels a bit disjointed from his past one (could attribute it to his body causing alterations in his mind)
Needs more coverage about his sister. Never neglect the sister figures.

The premise of the story is interesting. A man at the peak of power is given a chance to travel back in time 20 years, in order to reshape history. He is also given some additional powers. In short, he becomes OP.
That's how the stoy begins, and it's good. Unfortunately, soon after reading a few chapters into the story, I noticed a HUGE problem with it. A problem so big that it turned the premise of the story, and whatever plot it may have, into utter rubbish, completely irrelevant and useless. That problem is that the pace of the story is INCREDIBLY SLOW.
So you can get an idea, this is how the pace of the story goes (only a few spoilers here, not much). The first 6 chapters would be the prologue, where the mc dies or something, and then travels back in time. What a normal story would take less than a chapter to explain, here it takes 6 whole chapters. And then, from chapter 7 onwards, all the way to the last current chapter (chapter 29), it contains how the mc takes a test to enter an academy. And the test still hasn't ended! lol, it's unbelievable, so many chapters and only 1 day in story has passed. It's the same typical scene that happens so often in many stories here in royalroad, about a test to determine afinities and skills. Only here it takes infinitely more chapters to explain.
I'm not sure if the author realises that he is sabotaging his own story. I mean, at this pace it will take at the very least 300 chapters more before the story reaches the point where the first monster appears through a rift. And I doubt very much there will ever be that many chapters. So the story revolves around an invasion that will never happen, cause the story will never reach that point, and therefore anything related to it becomes useless and irrelevant.
The moment I realized this, the story became meaningless.
Also, I found very annoying how the author, instead of going directly to the point, always dances around a topic and wastes several paragraphs of irrelevant informati
