Legends of Yunyang

This is a historical fiction of a landlord's family in Yangtze River's three gorges. They survived tough times during the upbuilding of the country -- through war, land reform, cultural revolution, and more. The women fought their way out of gender oppression, traveled and settled far beyond the mountain village, which was a home that can no longer be called home in many ways.

Where are they now, today? The youngest female of the family, Lifan, who is traveling the world, is writing this story. Lifan believes that stories can carry strength and courage, and light the way for people on their journeys.
