Description
Description: Moving past the death of his only friend and teacher. Orb heads into the world to find a way to die happy and fulfilled. Though the boy who lives in the present carries the weight of something that lived in the past. A curse, a blessing, a legacy. The story of those who carry things they should never have had to, and the choices of their lives which affect them and the world as a whole.
Three chapters a week.

Notice: This will be a long, long story, so it will be a slow burn for at least the first two arcs. But if you are interested in a long, wide-ranging story, I hope you will read.
Notice 2: I will be fixing the grammar of the chapter within my story, around 5 per day, starting from 25/05/2025. I have heard the grammar in the earlier chapter has been an issue for many, and admittedly, I have always sucked at that aspect, which I have gotten a lot better at over the years, so I will be redoing that. Logs and other special chapters are not included in this five-chapter count.

Arc 1 narrates well what you would expect from an isolated child: at first he is scared but then he gets over it and starts to get along and learn from Capti. In arc 1 there is also that touch of mystery for knowing the origin of the kid and the expectation of exploring a fantasy world.
I'm not going to say more about the story to avoid spoilers, but if you're thinking of reading, my suggestion is that you give it a chance. - Seth640Royal Road★★★★ 4.0I'm only at the very beginning but the whole thing looks okay to me, is this an import or a share from a larger site or something?
It'd be kind of depressing to think it gets 80+ chapters in with so little comment.
Still, its written well, chapters are a good length and any of the awkwardness around descriptions or actions seems to be more setting up the world or language barrier but not both at the same time.
