If I wanted to summarize this story, it would be a mix between Overlord and Konusuba, being Isekaied as a Lich in a fantasy world. such a premise may not be interesting at first, except that the authors have a fun little thing called the element of surprise where the story's events are controlled by a dice roll, making even the authors enjoy writing it.
Style: A LitRPG style with urban fantasy, I would say this was the weakest in the ten chapters I read since Lazarus the MC seemed disconnected from his previous life, so except punch of jokes here and there, his characters seem dead outside but energetic on the inside, kind of like ainz from overlord.
Story: your typical adventure story with an overpowered MCv into a guild into a fight, This is not bad when it comes to overpowered MCs, but Lazarus in Petcuiler is such a joy to be around, you learn his new powers with him and his reaction is so genuine and funny, and feels alive even though he is a lich.
Grammer: I am a fast reader and English is my third language so if there was an error I would be the last to know.
Characters: the MC is just funny and the main core of this story, from his reaction to fighting, spells, and levels you see him being relatable. Of course, Jet the pet is the second-best character, and thankfully he’s good at coming back from dead since he is undead. His interaction with Lazarus is just cute and goofy. and Sara is your slice of the girl that followed the MC but she adds an extra element to enjoy her interactions in the story, being his guide in the fantasy world. not as good as Jet of course.

To preface this review, this is a basic review until there is some more content and will be upgraded to an advanced review at 10 chapters. With that being said, let us begin.
First off, I really enjoy the story. The tale of a re-born Lich with somewhat OP stats compared to those around him is fairly unique. The fact that he's an undead and wandered into a village and wasn't beset by a mob immediately makes me want to read this A LOT more.
So I need more chapters, chop chop.
Overall the theme, setting, and characters of Lazerus, Sara, and poor old Jet have me heavily invested in this story. I have immensely enjoyed what I have read so far and really hope that others will too.
The LitRPG aspects of the tale are laid out well, are easy to read and understand, and the little blurbs at the end of the chapters add a hint of spice that touches off each chapter nicely.
I would definitely recommend this to others.

    Opening.
One of the things I like about reading on RR is finding the fun gems that you might not even look at if it wasn’t for the forum posts.
This story seems like it started out as a fun challenge, a living story, where every day decisions are taken by the roll of a dice. Most authors do this at points when they can’t decide what they want to do. A character comes to a cross roads, left this happens, right this happens. Dice are really handy for it, or Facebook polls *killing characters*
    Story.
Our undead Lich is very much OP, and creates such fun stuff on the fly because of it. We meet Jet, and of course totally want him to be the familiar that sticks around for him. You can’t help but adore him and Sara is just a gem on her own, they’re fun, do the most random things, obviously. Lol and have a dynamic throughout that just makes you chuckle. I found I loved the storytelling character and author dynamics *yes both of them I guess* to be fun enough I went to read their other story. I’ll be doing that over the next few weeks. Talented, and I look forward to following them both and their lives. There are some little snippets into that as well through the story and I found that to be truthful and endearing to the both of them. Life can really be a bugbear. Kudos to them for sticking it out here, and for us all to root for them as much as their characters.
    Style.
The overall style of the narrative and inner thoughts of Lazarus, are fun, inquisitive, interesting and just flow really well, considering the decisions of the story are all on the fly made by fate it blends together as though it were planned, I wouldn’t have thought much about the meetings and the outcomes of any of it, if it wasn’t written up in the footnotes. Which I add are just as fun as the story. Both authors here know how to entice readers and keep them.
The litrpg system is well executed, where there’s not text boxes, its’ in color which makes it so easy on the eyes and that I found sticks in your he

This one is FUN. Capital 'F', 'U', 'N'. I think that's what I most loved about the story, but, also, what may have held it back a little in my opinion. First, let me say, it's a 5-Star read. 100%. It's spunky, very humorous, definitely LitRPG and...did I mention fun? The authors determine the plot and different aspects of the chapters by rolling a dice, and they describe (at the end of each chapter) how the dice rolled and what it meant for the story. I LOVED this aspect. Very creative.
The first episode really stuck out to me as well-written. We get an extremely well-painted picture of the MC and his emotions. I loved that part. Then, I felt it started to get silly...but, like I said, in the best sort of way. We meet Jet, an undead dog---my favorite character hands down---and many other characters who help the MC grow in level and skill.
The writing style is easy to read and the chapters are on the shorter side---all things that I very much enjoyed. The grammar was spot-on, but I took a little off for style because I would have liked to see some more description in the chapters to match the amazingness (is that a word?) of Chapter 1. That being said, the story is engaging and a joy to read. Everything feels a little surface level with the characters, but I feel this is, again, part of the light-hearted feel of the writing and so I didn't let it affect my overall score.
If you're looking for something to breeze through with a smile on your face and a chuckle, I'd definitely recommend this read.
