Let me just say that up till this point, the story hasn't had much of a chance to flesh itself out and has barely reached the first main plot point of the story (imo of course).
The story till this point although consisting of exposition, training and minor plot lines has been quite the fun read, having both good comedy and smooth grammar. It also has normalish interactions between characters (which i very much enjoy in a novel), except for the ones that are specifically mean't to be unnaturally but blame that on the xianxia cliches.
Story seems to have quite a bit of potential, I just hope the author doesn't make the same mistakes that previous authors of this niche have made.

I don't know why everyone is shitting on this novel, this is clearly supposed to be a lighthearted comedy novel. it made me laugh, it made me read through all the releases and anticipate more, what more do you want? if you nitpick everything, you can even make true masterpieces go from 5 stars to 1 star.
since it made us laugh, anticipate and want more. it's enough isn't it? therfore 4.5/5

Pretty decent story, its mainly about mocking xianxia cliches so dont take it too seriously but supporting characters are stricted to acting exactly same as classic xianxia braindead counterpart for the plot
Everytime MC meets Cockroach, Long Tian would be slapping random young master (From POV of LT it appearently happens frequently) which doesnt make sense since who in their right mind would provoke son of Patriarch of Long family The one of Great Five Noble Clan
Everybody acts arragont and lustful including 8 years old kids kinda creepy
Crowd expects Long Tian (Famous child progidy) lose to underling of random young masters then LT one punches them crowd goes mental... 5 times
MC's interactions other people are not bad tho like with his family, his sect and commeners as long as cockroach or young master is not in frame

The story is decent, it doesn't take itself too seriously, but the author is genuinely trying to improve and accept feedback. Some grammar issues, but doesn't bother me too much. I'll keep reading, but, like I said in my title, it's a cheeseburger read, enjoyable but not super high quality. The author's first attempt at writing, and I respect his efforts.

This is a flawed, but decently readable, story. The weakest point is probably the grammar. The author capitalizes random words and often fails to use capital I for the first person pronoun. Tenses are also sometimes confused. He does, however, seem to make corrections in response to comments, which is good.
Style-wise, there is more 4th wall breaking than I care for and maybe a few too many POV changes.
The story and humour are probably the strong points. Overall I would say it's worth a look if you can put up with the grammatical errors.

It's a decent novel. The concept is fun and engaging enough that it doesn't feel super stale. However, this is the author's first novel and it shows in the quality of writing. The characters tend to act in very cliche ways. Additionally, this novel has a bad case of tell, not show. I recommend it to anyone who wants a mindless cultivation story to waste some time reading.
