The first real issues are in character. The same overplayed trope of a savior character who has no other attributes than how incredible they are. Welcome to Peggy Sue.
They saved all of humanity in their last life by being amazing and going to be a god now.
Not terribly surprised this was abandoned. Presumably the author realized they had made an unoriginal mess
