This is a cultivation novel.

Saint Empire, a land of permanent spring that is as dangerous as it is beautiful.

Born in a time of turmoil, Kairos was a young village boy that could be found anywhere. He had unremarkable talents but was enrolled in Saint Cadets Academy where the weak can only be trampled upon. However, everything changed when he discovered an unbelievable inheritance in an old musty manuscript.

Doors that were meant to be closed were blown apart, never to be shut again, and he gained an unmatched ability to create cultivation arts. It was something that none in the three realms and three worlds had ever witnessed before.

Aided with his newly unlocked potential, he decided to form the Snowdrifts and create a little place of peace for those he held dear.

However, during their academy’s mock battle training, their flimsy haven was torn apart by the greed of men, and an ancient foe they thought long dead rise once again.

The title is a bit wordy but I think it does help give you an idea about it.
This story is a cultivation story.
The author is very kind as at the start of the story he clearly explains terms to the audeince allowing anyone to get into the story and its world without having to have much prior knowledge on Eastern styled stories.
The author states he is actually part chinese, I think, and it claerly shows as it gives a very similair feeling as other stories like Desolate Era, Coiling Dragon, I Shall Seal The Heavens and more.
However I also feel even though he wrotes similarly to Eastern authors he has some positive traits from Western authors, the relationships appearing more realistic and less 2D.
This story is very interesting plot wise giving an early villian and a mysterious higher villian. The MC also seems to have some hidden traits as well, though these "hidden" traits are becoming more commonly seen.
The Mc seems to relate to his young age, though he does seem a bit to mature sometimes but that can be explained by mutliple factors such as he is already in the militrary, comes from poverty and is cultivating a technique that seems to allow him to focus himself more.
As the story progresses it can be seen that lots of things are slightly foreshadowed however their are still some places that seem sketchy.
In the story they also gain very Op animal companions that could basiclly be an MC theselves withh all of their potentials.This does seem a bit awkward as they could just use money to but dead beasts to cultivate their companions.
Furthermore, I have to say that the MC seems to be born under a lucky star as he keeps getting things handed to him and as his cultivation technique allows him to laern thing quickly their seems to be no challenge.
I hope soon the author paces out the gifts more as it seems very rapid.

I was enjoying the story very much, and before I started I saw that the Book had 337 chapters which was good as I like to read long stories. I get to Chapter 83 and then all of a sudden there are no more chapters, the rest of the book is gone....

The details are just about right, leaving you a good understanding. THe characters are pretty good as well. The idea with "Dao" is quite original. Overall, if you had a bit more polishing from famous chinese novel writers and you would be set. my opinion though, no offense.

I found that the only problem with this story is the lack of background information of the main characters, maybe add a small backstory about then with their family's. Some people might complain about how the main characters understands a powerful and unique technique but i personally found no problem with that. Other than that i found no issues. The story itself is good, the grammar and pace of the story is done well.
I am very interested to see how this turns out. please keep up the good work.

the story is very poor and don’t worth your time
nothing make sens… overpowered Mc (who got and managed to practice succefully a secret technique which is supposed highly difciult even for master from the start), character have no depth, ..etc
at some point i got a Headache and i ended up dropping it

Is it just me or has the story gone down the sink?
the beginning of the story had alot of potential. It was interesting, mysterious, fun to read. But after the "beings" who made "breakthroughs" harder were introduced this story has gone down pretty fast. Storywise it is boring, characters got boring, development is non existent and one crap plot after the other pops up

The MC is a cookie cutter bore. The narrative style would be dry even for a textbook, while the dialoge style is slapstick and mechanical. Universe exposition is tedious and vague. The grammar is halfway decent assuming the author is learning English, but probably (hopefully?) wouldn't receive a passing grade in any native high-school level course.
Contrary to what some other reviews have remarked, it is not "immaginative" to suddenly add in new elements into the mix, in a repetitive, schizofrenic, deus-ex-machina fashion.
In short, I'm left at chapter 6 entirely uninterested in where this is going, wishing I could have the last few minutes of my life back.
I would be less harsh, but somehow a few people have rated this fic highly, and that dreadfully unrealistic assesment needs to be balanced out.
Addendum:
The author apparently didn't like my negative review, but instead of improving the story, complained to an admin about it that I didn't read enough to have a review. So, now at chapter 40, I hope I have satisfied whatever sadistic urge drove the author to insist that I torture myself through more of this drivel.

Having given more specific details about the failings of this story, it was deleted by an admin after what I can only assume was further meddlings by the author for violating some unspecified rules. I'm reposting my original review, which apparently did pass muster. Beware censorship, and long live the penguins!
