Just An Insane Battle Hungry Girl

Description
It is set in the same world as Stray Cat Strut and follows a new vanguard Freya who gets thrown into a situation where the only way to achieve victory is to sacrifice her sanity. This leaves her irreparably insane with the constant desire to fight and to kill.
The story is not just about fighting however and is also about character interactions and even GL romance. As well as Freya’s psyche and how she interacts with the world around her, she is definitely not a completely morally correct character.

- ZiaresRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0Interesting spinoff of straycat/strut. Love the crazy mc. The ai is cute. The theme the ai is going for her host is pretty badass. Way better and more original than Kat's stay cat theme. I mean I get it, her name is Kat, she's an orphan, which makes her a stray. Freya atleast has some creativity. Don't get me wrong, I love the original. It's great, but Kat does some stupid stiff with her buying.
- sentientsporkRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0I love what the author is doing with Freya. She is so much fun to view the world from as she is so much fun, especially in these latest chapters. I am also really looking forward to seeing her in action now that she has all her new gear! I can't wait to see where this goes!
- FalxieRoyal Road★★★★ 4.0Really enjoyed it but a pass of proofreading could catch most of the mistakes (wrong words, spelling, repeating words, etc).
overall I recommend this story bc it has a lot of potential in my opinion.
i enjoyed the duality of the mcs personality quite a lot absinthe overall storytelling isn’t bad either. - realnotperfectOfficialRoyal Road★★★★ 4.0Sadly, my initial review wasn’t meant to be.

I wrote a detailed and lengthy review, only for my 11-year-old laptop to commit suicide moments before clicking the “Submit” button.
I will not attempt to perfectly replicate what I wrote the first time; I will write what I can still remember.
There were errors throughout the story. Missing punctuation marks, or words or names that needed capitalization that weren’t capitalized.
I super duper loved the fight/action scenes. I flipped out and super super complimented duper super praised the action scenes (because they were so good).
I was always really amazed and very impressed when the author switched perspective between characters because some people try this and fail so badly, but this author did not.
Maybe I will update this extremely dry asf dryness lvl 75,374 review because it’s now less than 5% of the original review I wrote (I am literally even writing this on GOOGLE DOCS NOW just in case my 11-year-old laptop COMMITS RANDOM SUICIDE YET AGAIN SOMEHOW)
8/10
A very great story; I absolutely loved the style (this is subjective)
The two things I really loved the most were the style and the action scenes; I think they were done extremely well despite the errors that eventually became “normalized” as they seemed to happen very consistently lol and they were usually the same ones.
I listed multiple errors but at this point all I can remember is/are:
“At this freya grind back”
“I grind even wider as I said”
Versus “grinned back”/”grinned even wider”
But overall I really appreciated the style. Clean, massive spaces, very short lines (relatively) and also shorter paragraphs- it even reminds me of my own style; combine that with the fact that there are really greatly described action portions in the story that did not disappoint; very impressive.
I loved it- and I still wis
