Description
Jacob lives in your typical fantasy world, apart from the fact that the world is a ticking time bomb and no one seems to know about it. happiness and freedom are replaced by slavery and mind-controlling of the masses. and the only know God is a giant mouth who eats people as a way of reincarnation. Yet Jacob knows none of this as he grows up in the seemingly sheltered life of the church. Until he kills his father figure and discovers he is something he has always been taught to hate.
The MC's mental development in unique due to specified circumstances so he will rarely act like an 8-year-old, and he is slightly sociopathic.I have heavy dyslexia along with with some other metal 'uniqueness' so this whole story is a big F you to it but I am sorry for any and all inevitable mistakes.
WARNING: This story contains dark and adult (Not sex) themes

- AlthayasRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0I am not sure that Jacob is an anti-hero for me, I find him sympathetic in his inhumanity.
Concerning the Church, I have réserves with his caricatural description of priests. I regret the short appearance of Dave, I hope he can make a return and be liberated by the MC, either or not knowing that was his former comrade.
I note a few typos and grammar errors, at an acceptable level. - RaistarlingRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0Spoiler: Spoiler
What is what we love in fantasy? Adventure, a properly built world, maybe the different and interesting races. But one of the things I think fantasy suffers from is characters. Usually the author is too invested in the world to make memorable characters or just interesting ones at least. R.A.Salvatore's books suffer from this. Even trough 30 books the main character (who is hundreds of years old) still changed so minimaly that it is almost laughable. In Lord Of The Rings the MC was just simply unintersting. Nothing about him was special in any shape or form. On this sight I read a fair amount of books at this point. This novel is great. The MC is good. Feels like a proper mentaly broken person, and his humor often times feels very legit. I can probably point out two similar novels on this site. Void Wolf and Empire Of Souls. These novels are both interesting, fantastical and finnaly, they are new. With new ideas and great characters. This novel is underrated as hell btw. Only 200 readers/chap. Read this thing ffs. - RationalMindRoyal Road★★★★ 4.0But simple spelling and grammar mistakes. And I am no GrammarNazi. Reading your story was like driving a sports car down a road filled with potholes. Jarring.
And also the sexual innuendos were just too cringe (for me atleast). Tone it down a bit.
