It's a fun and enjoyable read with a promising world and fleshed-out characters. The people reviewing it are spot on in their assessment already. I won't reiterate their point. There's a lot going on, but what's at the heart of the story is a diverse and vibrant cast of characters. Honestly, I'm reading this because of them. Can't wait for what is going to happen next!

A character focused story that makes you want more and more! I love the direction this series is going. The characters are the core and strongest part of the story, while a lot of the other stuff like descriptions of places and backgrounds are a bit lacking. It's definitely the characters and their interactions with the story and the history of the world that catches your attention. A lot of the mythology has been adapted and some of the changes are pretty interesting. Like Hades is this cool chill dude, that is here to help and he actually kidnaps persephone for a noble reason! As a lover of mythology it was great to be able to say "OH I know this!" Or " WOAH this is so cool to learn" like the stuff with all the Japanese deities. Isekai Royale: God's game has the potential to be a amazing and unique story

Let me start by saying that I am abit biased because I am a huge history nerd, and the author has taken my obsession to the next level! There's been theories that the Nephilim and the Greek Titans and Gods are related since greek deities are retellings of ancient mesopotanian myths and I enjoy how the author mixed them together in this epic clash for supremacy.
Story: Various deities with mythological and religious backgrounds and opposing ideologies choose human representatives to fight for their respective Gods' glory, isn't that what real life is all about?
Characters: my favorite in the first few chapters was Ra, then it was superseded by none other than Lucifer himself, the deities aren't just fighting to win a tournament, but also battling to win the affection and interest of the readers. It's been a long time since I've had this feeling of push and pull between many characters, leaving me  as to who to root for.
Grammar: the grammar is flawless as far as I'm concerned. I haven't noticed any jarring imperfection in style or flow, the ideas are clear and concise and narrated in a fluent way.
Style: the story is paced out beautifully as the author takes his time to establish characters and build an interesting world, he doesn't rush to please anyone and I respect that.
In conclusion, Isekai Royale has huge potential and I will definitly find myself binge reading until the last human victor stands tall. Very curious how that'll affect his relation with his Deity.

Isekai royale is like that slow-cooked stew with a few spice hiccups, but it's worth the wait.
    Long:
Grammar: The grammar is mostly good, with a few little errors that don't distract from the story. The plot's in the buildup phase, slowly revealing the world and lore, which adds to the overall appeal. Some peeps might like it faster, but the deets about the characters are needed and well done.
Story and style: "Isekai Royale" surprises with its unique take on the isekai genre. Even though it's slow, each chapter contributes a lot to the story, keeping it engaging and worth it. The world and lore exploration is cool, revealing bit by bit throughout the story. The mini arc was awesome, with intense action and more lore to chew on.
Characters: The characters in this series are diverse and well-crafted, from gods and angels to humans. Each one matters to the story, with their backgrounds done really well, avoiding flat stereotypes. Damaris is a standout, super fun and memorable.
All in all: "Isekai Royale" is a solid and cool series that deserves attention. It's got immersive world-building, interesting characters, and exciting action moments. The buildup phase sets the stage for more awesomeness to come, and I can't wait for the next chapters.

Saw the post of this on Reddit somewhere, I lurked and read a few chapters and was hooked by the characters and world! There so much heart in the characters and story I binged and caught up in two days! We stan Lady Freya and Charlie in this household!
can't wait to see where the story is headed cause it definitely isn't going in a clique way!

Isekai Royale is the definition of a character focused. every character, from the core group, to the supporting characters are all really strong. The story is packed with a lot of going on but the information it self is paced out beautifully. There's also a lot of interesting concepts like how the hell functions with different wardens, The mythological weapons that are called godsends and just the ideas that are present are familiar but distinct and unique. Nuada and Joao are currently my favorites! (But that could also just be the fact they were the last introduced).

This story blends a diverse cast of characters together and links them all together. And they're not just diverse in their location on Earth or their relation to it, but in their mannerisms, their outlooks, and their personalities. There are more characters than I can remember off the top of my head, and they're all introduced with their own interesting stories.
Just don't expect it to go fast. there's a lot, so it's going to take a while. If you want it to get to a specific character or part you're interested in, you might have to wait.
    Style:
In the earlier chapters I read, there was a bit of telling when it came to certain rules or when describing things that already happened. Sometimes this would happen when a character could just say something close to what was being told by the narrator. It was a bit awkward, but it was small, and it wasn't the type of telling where important parts of the story were skipped over.
At the end of each chapter, there was a table summarizing all the important, hard to remember details, which was very useful for this fic with everything it had going on. I might've preferred a neatly organized blue table, but the fact that it was there when it was needed was a huge plus.
    Grammar:
I'd say this was the story's worst aspect, since there were enough tense changes, wrong words used, or paragraphs at the wrong points that it occasionally drew me out of the story. However, I also haven't really seen other comments pointing out the grammar errors, so I wouldn't feel right ranking this much lower. This might've been due to a mistake in clicking a box that disabled edit suggestions, which was unfortunate.
At the time of writing this, I've probably given a few pages of grammar errors to fix, but a lot of them were repeats from the last chapters. So I've stopped for now so that the author can fix them or look the rules up.
Also, grammar never contributes to my overall scores. I never really care unless I practically can't read the fic.

Reading the synopsis of the story, I thought it would be a run of the mill story of "bunch of characters fight to get a wish granted."
I was wrong. So far the deities are flying around looking for their humans they each want to be their representatives for the battle Royale. It feels like the author reallly loves their characters a lot and has put a lot of thought into them. There's one character named Charlie that definitely hits different for me. Is he gay, bi or Trans? I need to know where his story is going. I'm hoping this keep going as the Author took a big hiatus after uploading the first 10ish chapters.

If there is one word to describe this series it's Cool. It oozes cool from the characters and the setting of Elysium. Probably the best part so far was the Tug of war mini arc, I was on the edge of my seat the whole time.
And while the action was going on we were learning even more about the lore of what was going on, like who died in the past and what happen during the event in the Prologue.
I hope Ariel and Lugh win it all, I really like mythology and tricksters so to see one center stage, it's just cool man.

A promising start to a series, I was very surprised how slow the pacing seemed but everything written matters so much to the story.
it very strange cuz it feels so fast at the same time. The characters definitely are the strongest part of this series and it a big cast of characters! Shout out to Damaris, she's such a fun character to see and I love reading about her on the page.
Isekai Royale is a sleeper hit!
