I pretty much already said most of my opinion of the book in the last chapter currently of the book. So I'll repeat my biggest critic, the mc is lacking in character development and needs to think more long term goals instead of acting like a impatient idiot that can't think passed his short term goals which is the main reason for most of his problems. Also his narcissistic cold behavior is only going to limit his ability to manipulate people and is not going to be helpful if he plans on gaining allies. It would probably help to get use to smiling and masking his emotions if he plans on going down that road because the mcs is supposed to use the nobles narcissistic pride against them but it seems that the mc is no better so I hope the mc improves in that regard
