Isekai'd slave

Description

Edward, a regular guy, is transported to another world at the wrong time and place. Slowly, he adapts, paves his way, and faces whatever misfortune awaits.

This is my first work. I'm mostly messing around with different themes/characters. The first few chapters are pretty inconsistent, containing most of the rough experimentation, but if you can get past them - I'm sure you'll have a much nicer time.

Do not expect anything of notable quality; however, any advice/criticism/suggestions are greatly appreciated.

The story won't involve any dark themes, so no excessive violence, rape, etc.

The story is damn good. Dont let the cliche title throw you off at all. The story is well written. The story gets progressively more sophisticated and gets better as the author weaves his magic.
Just as the synopsis says, the mc is a slave. He is not incredibly strong either. He has his limits and his struggles.
What surprised me most is the emotional depth. I was honestly not expecting something of that calibre. You can sense the paranoia without being directly told about it. The necessary apathy that the mc develops to compensate for his vulnerability.
Dont be misguided the mc is no pencil pusher here. He is cold, pragmatic and emotionally understanding of others behaviour and nuances and also holds grudges.
This sets a recipe for a damn good pot of possibilities that i very eager to witness.
The mc is a slave in body and mind, the "seal" makes him pliant, phyically makig him not able to disobey his master yet at the same time mentally intruding into his thought process, squashing ideas of escape and disobedience. The mc tries to cope with this with apathy and indifference, unsure which part of his thoughts are manufactured servility and which part is his own. The story also proceeds to get lots better as it goes on, so try to hold on if reader feels impatient.
    You will not regret it.
    At all!

A well-written story that does what the title says. Having the male MC be the slave rather than ending up owning one is a pleasant change. The MC is an layered character, not just a blank canvas.
The grammar and spelling is fine, though a typing error (I assume) in the first line makes an unfortunate first impression.
An excellent start, going in an interesting direction. I hope the author will continue it.
