This has been a lot of fun to read so far. The action is pretty good and the story moves at a good pace. It doesn't get weighed down by awkward drama or social pandering. It's exactly what it's says. A girl who is liked by other girls starting a mercenary guild. Brilliant in its simplicity. The only downside is that it appears that English is not the writer's first language. Still very readable. Looking forward to the rest of what this author has to offer.

A mostly basic "playing game while dying so i reincarnate inside the game" trope (which i have no shame in saying I enjoy), the premise and promise of some GL down the road had me intruiged.
Unfortunately, actually reading is difficult. This is one of those I can only reccommend if you spent a bit too much time on NovelUpdates reading through MTL light novels.
The grammar isn't good, to be blunt. Sentence structures are strange or wrong. Dialogue is.. An example from chapter 54:
"So what? Didn't you have fun plotting against us before? Why can't I do the same?" Aurora sneered coldly. "Are you bunches know the word shame? Or maybe you can't even read or write? Shame on you, really!"
I do look forward to a potential rewrite or update to these chapters, though. Like I said, I enjoy these kinds of stories, even the etremely tropey ones.

The story itself is good, and I wouldn't have any major issues if it wasn't for 1 thing: carectures are given canonical ages of 15 or 16, then are later on described like your supposed to be sexualy attracted to them, when pushing it maby a month has passed. If it had been years of time irl between posting I could have forgiven it, just assumed the author forgot, but it's been less than 2 months irl since the first chapters were posted. If it wasn't for thanking patrions I would have assumed the author was a minor, and as such was attracted to people there own age, but it just makes me uncomfortable. Literally changing 2 numbers would have changed this.
There are some minor things, like the frequent typos of he or his instead of she or hers that might just be missed because of spellcheck recognizing the words, and some odd frasing that feels like it comes straight from a translated wuxia novel with a tl who doesn't know an equivalent ideonem (if there is one) that was only bad the one time it was in an item description.
