Is It Too Late To Move My Lair?

Description
A legendary dragon... It has been told in the stories for hundreds of years. Some say it keeps a mountain of treasure in its cave, some say it is a vicious beast, some say it protects the village nearby, some claim it can grant their wishes, and some just think it's nothing more than a fairytale.
He is not. The dragon is very real, although he isn't bothered by what people think of him in the slightest. He also doesn't have a grand treasure, nor does he grant wishes, like a magical genie. He is not interested in eating humans either. And as for protecting them… well.
This is the story of the time before the legends, how they came to life and a dragon in the quest of his snooze.
In a nutshell, this is a simple, light-hearted story with a dragon in it. What I have in mind is a relatively short one compared to most of the works on this site, but we'll see where it goes.
This is my first attempt at writing something like this, so please be patient and kind in pointing out mistakes.
As for the posting schedule... let's say it will besporadic.
Hope you enjoy reading, as much as I do while writing it…

- DanceLikeAFoolRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0I'm a sucker for dragons, so here I am.
The story itself is a very relaxing slice-of-life wholesome sort so far, about a dragon doing his best to understand his neighbors while still enjoying dragon things. The tolerance of the dragon is noteworthy and truly admirable, as the humans in the story often react in a very human fashion. Feh. Humans.
It doesn't have blue boxes, it's not a litrpg, and so far there has been no murder-hoboing. It's nice, okay? Not everything has to be weird murder spree centric.
The title of the review is the feel the story gives off so far. Like a dragon watching a broadway play without totally understanding the language or the story premise but just graciously being appreciative nonetheless. - DrajaxRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0Like the title suggest I really like this story, because it doesn't force the plot points but instead let's them happen naturaly. Also the story allways has those unexpected expected moments where you know that those are coming but still being written in a way where those are unforeseen.
So I look foreward for more. (/^_^)/ - SparkleTopRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0Although there isnt all that much of it yet, this story is off to a great start. The style and grammar are great for a RR story, and the characters are in the process of being fleshed out as of chapter 5. The story is unique and fresh, at least compared to what I have been reading. If you are looking for something about an op dragon, but without the gratuitous violence or murder hobo style, this is the story for you.
- XblasterRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0It's a very good and I'd say well paced slice of life almost purely following the Dragon MC. It's a very enjoyable story, good background story and very much reminds me of Wings of Fire when you stick the dragon with humans... now the slight downside of the story, the humans atleast early on don't really seem to know what a peaceful dragon is? That's honestly the only negative for me I can think of.
- BudgiePRoyal Road★★★★★ 4.5The protagonist just wants some damn sleep, but the humans rummaging around their territory are allowing anything but.
It is a funny tale, the deeper the misunderstanding between dragon kind and the humans, the funnier the outcome.
Story progression wise, things are starting to get good, with the characters having to grapple with some real stakes... 3 years ago. I hope this story has not been abandoned like a gem in the snow, because with one read you can already tell it's likely destined for greatness.
