Inkers

In Delta City the government has a different type of criminal to fight, Inkers. Inkers are people who can pull energy constructs from certain tattoos. The inkers are constantly hunted down by AIGS, a government organization. Two Inkers with opposite ideas on how to use their powers are forced to confront each other. Whose idealogy will prevail?
