Description
Our protagonist finds himself placed in an unfamilar world; his highly magical studies are put to the test as he tries to integrate into a different, but still magical, universe.
This story is not particularly heavy, and may, at times, feel somewhat whimsical. This is intended. If you're looking for a nice trip along with a man whose abilities don't entirely fit into his new home, be sure to give Inherit a try.

- ghostdiamRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0The story hooks you in extremely fast and is well written! The plot is still developing but it's seems to be going in a good direction. Definitely Rising worthy. there are minor spelling mistakes that i found but it doesn't break the flow of the story. Eagerly awaiting for the next chapters!

The story's pretty good for your average isekai with a few twists. Main goals and characters shown early on, giving us something to look foward to. Story is well paced and first few chapters aren't a chore to go through (though MC backstory suffers a little as a consequence of jumping straight to the action). Written in an engaging way, though puncuation feels weird sometimes.
The story score isn't perfect despite the world being written well because sometimes it feels like the plot stops for a while as the MC gets dragged off to do a meaningless bit.
Main cast is written well and perspective shifts happen rarely and manages to be engaging. Side characters aren't so common that you stop trying to remember them.
I also think some parts could've been better done, for example,
"festival" chapter should've lasted longer, let sam show off a bit more and see what a town in this world gets up to. Plus that whole thing with teaching children football was just weird since nothing came out of that.
Sam could've also had stayed longer at the village before he was sent off to hogwarts. Was kinda weird that sam was gonna save these people from mana-death and possibly interrogate them about what they could've done to cause it, but then instantly drops it all to go with this merchant that he only knew about from a village nurse he knew for like three days
then again things like these are up to the author and its really just a matter of preference.
tl;dr: Some of the best stuff ive seen on rr - voidtabRoyal Road★★★★★ 4.5As the premise suggests, this is an isekai from a magical world to a different, but still magical, world. Based on what I've read so far, this story seems to be focused on exploring the differences between the two magic systems. It is an overall enjoayable and well written story, even if it has a few flaws( some typos here and there, and some overly blunt expository parts). I'm quite curious to read the next chapters, and to see how the story will develop.
