Starcade academy an all girl's highschool that trains only the most prestigous students...what makes these students so special they all are blessed with special powers that they will learn to cultivate and use for nothing more than the betterment of the world.

Arata Matsuoka is the only male that was also blessed with a special power and so he also enroles at Starcade Academy, being the only boy in an all girls school is the least of Arata's problems as he will have to contend with a strict teaching regime where only the strong prosper, will Arata be able to prove his worth as a hero of the people or is he destined to head down a road of failure.
