looking fun so far, it reminds me a lot of this Chinese novel I loved and used to read MTL called Gou in the World of Gods. The first chapter of that one was a bit different because the protagonist was peeing his pants to be in a cultivation world and was afraid to leave his hut for weeks convinced he'd be instantly offed by demon sect cultivators. Sadly got dropped, I really liked that book.
I realize that it is too early to really accurately review a fiction at two chapters, but I like to try and boost the kinds of fictions that look like stuff I want to read. Right now, I am a little confused by the first two chapters, which don't have much of any overlap, unless somehow Liam and Mo Chen are the same person, or Liam and Li Hui they were talking about are the same person and there was a 10 year time skip. I hope we get an explanation? We'll see. It took almost 3 weeks between ch 1 and ch 2, so this is a slow burner.
The blurb calls him an ordinary guy, but he's an ordinary guy from the space colonies! That should spice things up with Xianxia cultivation meets Space Science! I hope to see what that looks like.
