- PunpopeRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0This book is a captivating cultivation novel that masterfully blends intrigue, transformation, and redemption. The protagonist awakens in the body of a disgraced noble, immediately thrust into a web of conspiracy. The twist? He wields an incredible power: gifts he bestows return to him a hundredfold. His first recipient, a once-brilliant young genius and his new wife, adds a compelling dynamic. The story's thrilling political maneuvering and the protagonist's quest for redemption make for a riveting read. Highly recommended for fans of unique cultivation narratives!
- Elijah CookRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0I will be honest, there are other stories out there with some pretty similar basis. That having been said this story is not a rehash of them and is well written. I like the characters and their development and the drip feeding of lore. It does hit a lot of tropes but grows more unique as it continues. I am looking forward to reading more.
- OneManTeamRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0If nothing else that dedication deserves full marks considering how often stories die with forever hiatus.
As for the actual story, personally I think it's an excellent balance between embracing classic tropes and keeping its own tone. Characters have believable and entertaining motivations. Grammer and writing is excellent. The system plays a large part, but isn't the entire storyline as it tends to be, which is awesome. - Pukas ORoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0I'm biased! I like this story a lot! Here is how I feel about it!
Style: Very competent writing and with humorous dialogues and interactions which are very enjoyable to read
Story: Very nice, satisfying! mysterious! what's happening what's going on?? who knows! really makes good use of reincarnating into an unknown situation and world where mistakes could lead to death to create tension and make the slow drip of more info exciting and satisfying!
Grammar: small typos here and there and probably not professional level grammar but quite unnoticeable, very smooth read!
Character: So good! such a good part of the story, i really like how the main characters besides the protagonist all have their own goals and motivations which they don't convey and who act in their own best interest which makes it very exciting, you want to know more, what are their goals, how far are they willing to go for them, why are they acting like this? It feels like a simple bit of realism to add to a story but it seems surprisingly rare to see and this story does it well! I like how this works with the politics side of things as there are different characters that are a part of different groups and then those groups have their own goals and motivations and then the individuals in those groups also have their own goals and motivations too! Just overall a very fun and enjoyable rewarding read!
General: The mc starts with a power that could easily turn the story into an op mc story quickly but the story is written in such a way that makes it a lot more rewarding and a slow build up. It's quite realistic and surprisingly thought out, the character doesn't get randomly lucky or act weirdly like some xiaxia mc's. Despite being reasonable and grounded the character isn't an emotionless robot nor is he a perfect genius that understands and sees through everything. He's working on a similar level of info as the reader and making informed decisions based on what he knows! About the emotional side, he als - Falcon9aRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0Entertaining characters, though I miss Song after he leaves :) surprisingly balanced "cheat" power and an intelligent MC who does his best to not be an asshole. It's a fun, easy read that hopefully gets a 3rd book soon. Needs more words but not much more to say. Needs more words but not much more to say. Needs more words but not much more to say
- varkolakRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0Really enjoyable cultivator novel without the heavy face slapping tropes. The world seems to have plenty of room to grow and the foundation is solid without a single info dump. It seems that side characters will be cycled in and out without being permanent background noise. The writing has almost perfect grammer and spelling. I read it in a couple days and found nothing worth criticizing. Overall highly recommend and hope it turns into a proper thousand chapter saga.
- Harmonious Arkos SlothRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0I want to preface this review by this review by saying I don't really like most cultivation stories. The dialogue is stilted, awkward. The characters often come across as flat, uninteresting, and unrelatable.
Granted, that could just be a cultural thing.
I was drawn to this story by an interesting bit in the premise: The MC gains power through gifting things to others. And once I started reading, I had to binge it.
The dialogue can still feel a bit stilted and overly formal at times, but other than that, this story has proven itself far above the usual fare in this genre.
The key element is the MC, Chen. Or rather, the displaced soul of the modern guy inhabiting his body.
Because the main character wakes up with no memory or understanding of the world, it allows him an immediate connection to the audience. And he doesn't care to follow the rules.
The results so far? Comedy gold.
The only real frustrating thing so far is the pacing. It is both blisteringly fast, and glacial. And I'm pretty sure the blisters are literal considering that the author was posting a chapter a day until recently.
Not a whole lot has happened yet, though I remain solidly entertained. This fic deserves its spot on trending, and I look forward to throwing money at the author when they publish the final book product. - YoshaRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0A bit much drama, and the authour could try making the story a bit more coherent. Seperating thoughts, assumptions, ideas and statements. Despite theese flaws, the Relatively unique story style and a good execution make the 5/5 a necessity.
Hmm, I wont add spoilers, but As of chapter 50, the story has certainly gone against the trend I expected. That was a nice surprise. I hope it continues.

Thanks for your hard work, looking forward to More. - zmikezRoyal Road★★★★★ 4.5First off I'm going to point out a couple of things that I've read in the comments, the misconception that to be generous you have to do it in such a way that it's for a good or holistic reason.
Remember, generous means showing a readiness to give more of something, as money or time, than is strictly necessary or expected.
Nowhere in there does it say for good reasons, just more than is strictly necessary. So a generous person could technically be someone who gives to charity, and then subsequently claims all those donations on their taxes so they can write it off. They are giving more to the charity organization than is strictly necessary or expected, it doesn't matter if the only reason they did it was for a good reputation, it still fits the definition of generous.
This is actually looked at in the story, because if the receiver of the gift knows that whatever they get will be given back to the MC 100x then at that point all gifts become expected, which means it's no longer "more than expected." and the MC is worried that if the waifu knows that hes getting something in return that it will no longer give him the stuff.
I honestly feel like this should be the reason that the flower that the MC gives the love interest didn't give him anything in return is because flowers are one of those things that are pretty much expected as gifts in any kind of romantic relationship.
I personally really like the main character, he does EXACTLY what I would expect a teenager (which is what they appear to be) to do. When giving an absolutely amazing way to get a shitton of stuff for free, they take it. When having a huge influx of wealth, they make use of it.
The main character, for the most part, seems to have a good head on his shoulders but seems to make bad interpersonal decisions such as giving the big dude the thing (trying not to spoil) or giving out information and while I do think that this was a big risk, it's also an opportunity and teenagers (pretty sure the mc is like - BladesunderRoyal Road★★★★★ 4.5Okay, kinda typical xianxia world, you probably get the gist. The MC, woke up in a young master's body with no memory of his current life. LOTS of young master tropes which makes the story that much more hilarious since he is the 'bad guy'.
Our young master is a hilarious MC with an inner voice that definitely channels a fun brand of humor. At multiple points I needed to stop to laugh because some of the descriptions and inner thoughts were so outrageous and funny.
All of the characters are great, they have clear personalities and are all pretty quirky, in the best way.
In summary: this is definitely worth picking up to anyone who wants to laugh, especially people who like xianxia world stories.
On the technical side, I spotted only a handful of tiny errors, very clean overall. Love the style of writing.
Would give a 4.0 overrall, but the novel deserve more to be noticed so will bump it to 4.5
TLDR: GIve this story a shot, its hilarious and I couldnt put it down :)
