This is a good litrpg isekai story, even if I am not familiar with the specific type of adult game system it is based on.
The protagonist does not get any instant knowledge of how the world works, which adds another layer of tension for them. They find out the rules by running into them, including for basic things.

Lots of RPG style battles, mechanics, and world building but also lots of sexy and steamy situations if you like romance novels and/or anthropomorphic characters, and especially if you like kinky transformations.
Lots of variety, overall. No two chapters have been exactly the same so far.
