Every character has chinese names. They act like Xianxia characters- face slapping others for no reason, and then later the author makes the victims act stupid/irrational just for the sake of making the MC appear "superior".
Moreover this is a translated version of a chinese novel on Webnovel.com, and without giving credit (edit: author may have added credit after I posted this review).
Like, just because the random guy you face slapped turned out to be a bad person, doesn't mean you were justified for randomly insulting them before you knew them.
This is a Mary Sue protagonist who is super arrogant. He half heartedly warns people and then everyone retroactively says its the scientist's fault for not listening to a random guy's warning with no justification provided. Like, if a random guy comes up to you and says you need to stop doing your job or the world will explode, it's not your fault if you ignore him.
The xianxia face slapping is too cringe to read. The MC literally goes "The difference in intelligence between is is greater than that of a dog and a human" because he was able to predict an experiment's conclusion. But that's only because he had information about it already- it wasnt because of his intelligence at all.
TLDR SCP but chinese xianxia version and probably stealing somebody's work
