Description
Being trapped in Coldharbour for thousands of years left Nerevar slightly mad, but that wasn't about to stop him from taking an opportunity to escape. Tamriel in the Second Era is a wild romp even if a lot of people are very silly. There's quests to do, things to hit, and most importantly, staying very far away from the ex-wife who murdered him.
This is based onThe Elder Scrolls Onlineand covers the base game and expansions up through the Summerset quest line.

- GronnrRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0Okay, soooo... not the most lore accurate take on Indoril Nerevar but an absolute blast to read. Now to be fair the first Elder Scrolls game I ever played was Morrowind GOTY, and nostalgia may be slightly influencing how much I am enjoying this. Moving on from my rose tinted glasses this is still quite well written, quick paced, the MC stays true to (the authors altered) character, and if I am remembering all the lore correctly the author seems to be keeping non-Indoril lore rather accurate. All in all a good fun read that I recommend to anyone who remembers Morrowind and especially to anyone who only played Oblivion or Skyrim.
- ThunderBolt1Royal Road★★★ 3.0I like how the character acts and how the people react to him. Not so into how the khajiit speaks but they are khajiit so yeah.
I could not continue this book because it was written in the present tense. There should definitely be a tag or something for that.
