Let's get a few things out of the way before I start this review. Number one, I don't do wizards or witches. My only reason for getting into this was because there was no review of it. Ff or not, our Pastel Witch friend over here created one heck of a tale!
From start to finish, the love triangle, secrets, and fantasy elements that some of us are familiar with from Harry Potter are made clear. Draco, Audette, and other characters are mainly highlighted by their inner turmoil, vivid imagery, and sensory details the author jots. These alone convey their (and possibly the author's) anxieties and obsessions. There's a lot of suspense and vulnerability that's portrayed quite nicely.
I'd consider varying your pace, Ms. P-Witch. There needs to be some sense of balance and introspection with some of the action scenes. Ya know, momentum building. Also, do you know how long it took me to read this?! It's like 7,000 words a chapter!
I personally can't accept magic, but I do like effective writing. And this love triangle definitely pricks the reader's mind. Don't make me find you now, author. Lol.
