- Phallus ManRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0Does more need to be said? I am a sucker when it comes to trap and femboy characters, I don't simply "like" them, trap and femboy characters are my way of life.
All jokes aside (or was it a joke?) this is a pretty decent story. It has good pacing so far and I had no troubles reading it. It may feel like a self insert story at times, but it's a self insert story executed well. - VesaliusRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0I rarely read interesting cultivation stories like this, the appearance of the MC looks androgynous, the MC becomes someone else's idol, very beautiful and unique. I hope the author isn't on hiatus for too long. It was rare to find a cultivation story like this composed of various main MCs of the story, the protagonist entering the world of cultivation carefree. MC is our angel! His demeanor and charm is so Sweet.
- HeartsyRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0By all the gods, I have fallen in love with the story! It's perfect! Absolutely perfect. Everything down to the slightly stilted grammar you find and translations is just perfect. And some people have a problem with the grammar, the way it's written. Quite frankly those people are wrong. I really wish that if they insisted on being wrong, they wouldn't be wrong in public.
No, our dear author has done just about everything right. The characters are fun and light-hearted, the story doesn't take itself too seriously. If you want something that knows what it is, and it's just here to give you a fun ride. You found it. All the tropes are here, as well as all the character types. And frankly they play beautiful together.
Nothing in this story is trying to be something it's not. Our main character knows the rules, knows the ropes, and for once isn't mentally damaged enough to ignore them. I love seeing a main character that isn't stupid for no other reason than the author needs them to get into more trouble and it's too lazy to properly set it up themselves.
I wholeheartedly suggest you give this one a shot and don't come into it with your eyes. Peeled to be the grammar police. Judge you for what it's trying to be, a fun translation of a Chinese story. I think if you give it an open mind. You really enjoy what you find here. I know I have. - Kaxhi13Royal Road★★★★★ 5.0What I like is that he appreciates the cheats he has. He is aware of it, and makes use of it. So far, nothing is contrived, no hiding his cultivation or something, I like it. No extremes, like downplaying his talents so much, he's not scared of the plot, he's aware of "one often meets his destiny on the road he takes to avoid it." or overly arrogant like some mcs when most of their powers come from systems and no effort whatsoever and expect his peers to keep up with them. he's aware of the plot armor of the protagonists of the novel. One thing though, is the 2 protagonists in one sect, but its up to the author to develop the plot. As of the time of this review, nothing is happening much, we are still in the exposition. The beautiful boy gimmick is funny, though the crush of the one girl has me worried if it will suddenly be a one sided love and the mc is not aware of it somehow. Overall a nice read, the author took a typical xianxia, took the good parts and added his/her spices to it. Also if there were grammatical errors I didn't notice any aside from the use of "I and Qin yue" but at this point it might as well be the correct agreed use of it.
ps. came from wn 😉 - SindcoreRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0There's not a lot of chapters yet but so far I'm digging the story. I'm curious to see how the story progresses especially with all the foreshadowing. No glaring grammar issues either. All told, I'm looking forward to seeing how this story grows. I'm also hoping the world gets fleshed out even if it's just the sect for now.
- Lady_ElRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0Unlike other transmigrating cultivators, our MC knows the ridiculous world he transmigrated from and doesn't take part in the cliché of the arrogant young master, nor the one with the aura of bad luck that follows him everywhere. The Gacha God, dropped him off properly in the new world with a real new beginning and that's awesome. I like the fact that he doesn't follow the protagonists like a puppy but abuses this knowledge to survive and recognizes the armor of the plot and therefore doesn't have to start panicking that his presence is so powerful to divert destiny of our cliché protagonists and that makes the story original. I can't wait to continue
- PunpopeRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0Amidst the clamor of arrogant young masters and the relentless pursuit of power, they yearn for a simpler path—to cultivate in peace. Join them on a journey of inner growth and tranquility amidst chaos, as they navigate the complexities of a world obsessed with conquest and glory. Prepare for a captivating tale of self-discovery and the pursuit of harmony in a realm of endless strife.
- jadecriminalRoyal Road★★★★★ 4.5It's interesting, engaging, does not have an offputting prologue and overall, as of chapter 25 I have enjoyed reading.
Since it's the most likely thing to put some folks off:
The "boy looks like a super cute girl" gimmick is not beeing overused or handled badly.
The protagonist does not seem to put too much thought into it, seeming comfortable in this new form. He only confirms when asked but never prevaricates about his gender.
In chapter 25 he seems to have bought some masculine clothes, with his previious outfit likely seeming a bit neutral.
Character is somewhat opportunistic and can be calculating, but genuinely not a acting like a Richard or beeing too greedy. Merely taking advantage of foreknowledge where he can, and for a decent reason. (IE survival in a cultivation world )
As for the theme and story it genuinely uses cultivation tropes to do something interesting. As expected of a genre savvy protagonist who was inserted into a world he is somewhat familiar with. - DababyRoyal Road★★★★★ 4.5It has an interesting concept with a good execution and although the last chapters were relatively short they were still enjoyable. The power scaling so far also appears to be good. Overall an enjoyable read with a whole lot of potential.
I especially enjoy his interactions with the protagonists who represent different kinds of cultivation mc's and how they react to him. - SmabooRoyal Road★★★★ 4.0Has a concept that although basic is excecuted well, currently the mc is op and the story hasn't introduced someone who is stronger (hasn't shown but has implied/tell) which just drags down the story in my opinion as an omniscient op mc that is a super genuis isn't that fun to read but even with all these flaws i will proudly proclaim it is my guilty pleasure
