    If anyone out there hears this transmission, please respond. What is the Madness of Two? Is it mathematics? Is it some sense that we are not all one? Is it the antithesis of Heisenberg's uncertainty principle? And why is it so dangerous to the alien(s) in this story? This story is worth a read, because the aliens are so... alien. Are the "wells" referred to gravity wells? How did these creatures evolve? And are they two species, living symbiotically? I was very glad the humans (?) didn't immediately slaughter the aliens out of fear or greed. Our record on that isn't great with other species. Or each other...
