High Tension

Mikko Mori came into the world with a silver spoon in her mouth. The only child of a wealthy, prestigious family, anything and everything was at her fingertips. She wanted to learn to play the piano? Her father hired her a world famous tutor. The next month her interests turned to technology and she suddenly had a full workshop to play around with. There was always a new hotness, always some interesting new hobby for her to adopt and then abandon just as quickly.

But when she saw her first fight at fifteen? That one stuck.

Her parents indulged even this curious new pursuit, to a point. The finest instructors, doctors, and professional fighters cycled through her life. Each of them came to the same conclusion. She had wonderful fundamentals, perfect theoreticals.

And absolutely zero talent.
