After moving to a prep school in New York, Lucas finds himself struggling to cope with his new circumstances. He's failing to make friends, pissing off his teachers, and making an all around horrible first impression.

And things aren't exactly helped by the fact that he's suddenly developed superpowers and is far more interested in messing around with them than studying.

But when his life starts to falls apart, will powers alone be enough to save him, or will he need something greater?

The story follows Lucas' struggles as he wields great power and tries to bear the weight of the enormous responsibility it brings.

Lucas does not replace Peter Parker as Spider-Man, there is a whole 2 arcs after the first one where Lucas is barely mentioned in Peter adventures before he returns in arc 4
This story is definitely a fan fiction, but it only contains some of the original Spider-Man’s friends and enemies. The world setting of this book is similar but entirely different from marvel.
this is a great read, I think I only saw a few grammar errors total and the story feels like classic Spider-Man with good pacing and character development.
honestly the description doesn’t really capture what this book is. I only started it because I was bored and quickly read all of it once I realized what the story was actually going to be like.
basically; if you like Spider-Man or superheroes in general you should try this, but do not expect it to be set anywhere near the MCU or marvel in general the world setting is fleshed out and unique while still keeping on all of spider-man’s classic stuff
10/10 book for most people that like Spider-Man at all
