Set in a dystopian future where heros and villians fighting every day is nothing out of the ordinary, highschool student Alex dreams of going to college after graduation but, having grown up in the slums of Mega City, he's lacking the money to pay for it.

Luckily, there are plenty of villians recruiting henchmen for their dastardly scemes at his highschool job fair! They offer college scholarship programs, health insurance, and even dental!
