Gion, an adolescent born into a middle-class family, lacks nothing but also wants nothing. He is an intelligent boy, loved by those surrounding him, yet he fails to cherish those merits. As his nature depicts, Gion has no ambition. He only wants to spend his days leisurely and effortlessly. Soon, He acknowledges that this lifestyle is slowly taking its toll. But right at the moment he determines to change, apocalypse occurs.

Now, the boy must become something else to crawl his way through a doomed planet, doing the most abhorrent deeds to survive. He can trust nobody, not even himself. Because to persevere in this world, one must first relinquish humanity.
